Excellent Service
Fantastic response rate, speed, and quality from the customer service team, providing extensive updates from the clinical team on my queries. The combination of raw lab reports, interpretations, and meal/supplement plans has been eye opening. Got the results and full plan well before when I expected. Will be implementing these changes soon and am eager to see the results.

I bought a SIBO test which seemed to be…
I bought a SIBO test which seemed to be lost in the post.As the kits are sent first class there is no way you can track them. Although this was disappointing, as I had already arranged a consultation with a clinician to see results which now won’t be in time, when I contacted customer service to see where my kit was Hayley was very helpful. She immediately sent another kit for me and this time arrived on time.
Prompt and very kind response
Do not have my results yet but I am expecting them within two weeks once the kit reaches the laboratory.

Update for SIBO test
Having given them a somewhat execrating review I can now update and amend.
I complained about the time taken and the lack of info regarding medication to stop or not (PPIs) ahead of the test.
I got a phone call back from Healthplan within 3 hours of my review explaining everything. Their labs do not require stopping my medication and the time being taken for the review of my results is within their stated time frame but taking a bit longer than normal because of a flood of tests taken.
The charming lady I spoke to also took the time to talk to me about my raw results ahead of the official review I'm waiting for.
Altogether an unexpected but excellent customer service response.
I'm taking one star off because i feel the time taken for the review is still taking a bit longer than i would like.

We advise our customers on the medications that need to be stopped and although some antacids can affect the results of a SIBO Breath Test, not all do. Caution before you order
I used this company for a gut health test which did help so I thought I would try the SIBO test. Unfortunately there is no reference when you are ordering this that you have to come off any antacid mediation prior to taking the test. It not possible for this to happen at the moment for me as I am on a high dose under instruction of a surgeon. Anyway that was a complete waste of money for me and the test kit just had to go in the bin. Really disappointing and I certainly will not be ordering any other forms of tests from them in case its another waste of money.

I'm sorry that the information you've had from us has caused some confusion. Some antacids are fine to continue with when taking the SIBO test and can be taken into account with the test results, it would be great to learn more about what you're currently taking to be able to check this for you.

They make you feel understood
Healthpath explain everything so well and didn't make me feel like any of my questions were silly. I felt very understood and listened too. After my GP said I'll "just have to live with it" when diagnosed with IBS and suffering with chronic bloating. Healthpath gave such helpful answers and it was so interesting to see what is really going on inside my gut. When I got my results, they were all explained and I was given supplements and a range of recipes to try. These have been amazing! I can't rate healthpath enough! I feel like I am finally healing my gut and being back in control of my body.

Every month they have a session to solve healthpath customers queries is the best thing. They have all the gut health answers,nutritionists recommend low fod-map diet and paleo-diet solved most of my gut issues. They also sell the best supplements for gut health and recommended based on our budget

Really helpful and efficient
Really helpful and efficient. Kit was posted speedily, and when I managed to mess it up, they immediately sent a replacement free of charge, which I was grateful for.
Even though replies should take up to two days, in fact they replied to my query within two hours, which was brilliant service.
I like that they offer support in a variety of ways, too, including webinars, with knowledgable experts.

Improved health through Healthpath.
I had been ill one way or another for 9 months since having a very nasty virus. (Previously I was very fit indeed). I had a lot of minor problems and was suffering with progressively worsening fatigue. After a gut analysis through Healthpath it was identified that I had imbalances in my gut and a 2 stage diet was recommended along with supplements. After 2 weeks on the diet there was a very noticeable improvement. Now after another 2 weeks I feel back to my normal fitness levels and am sleeping better than I have done for years. I really appreciate how my case recently was dealt with. I bought a supplement which I, unfortunately, reacted to and couldn't continue to take it. I emailed Hayley in the customer service dept. telling her my concerns she very kindly asked me to return the product and offered me a refund. Super disappointed with my order
Super disappointed with my order . Ordered Beta TCP 180 and don’t have any information when I will receive it. They just said we sent it , but u have to check the delivery. Very very very disappointed

Changed my life - ended 57 years of constipation
Changed my life. The analysis found that I had very low bifidobacterium and as a result I started making and drinking 200ml a day of my own organic milk kefir. After 57 years of chronic constipation I was at last cured. It turns out my gut biome was the problem not just 'more fibre, water and exercise'.
I took my kefir to Japan recently and it also had the same effect on 2 out of the 4 people who tried it.

I was mis advised on supplements you…
I was mis advised on supplements you recommended paid over £125 and it made symptoms worse until I was correctly re advised and then had to pay for further supplements
I would hope to return unused tablets to then be refunded .

We're sorry you've had an adverse effect to a couple of the supplements recommended to you. I know you have spoken with our head of customer services over email however we wanted to follow-up with a response here as well.
We appreciate that different practitioners will have individual approaches with supplements however the recommendations our practitioners made for you are evidence-based and personalised based on your test results and symptoms.
Adverse effects sometimes happen and can be an indication at the start that the supplements are starting to work. In the event of a reaction, stopping the supplements for a couple of days and starting them again one at a time at a lower dose is something that can be really helpful.
We're glad to have now been able to resolve your query regarding your supplements and we wish you all the best with your health journey.

1.Frustrating and expensive
1.Although I eventually had nice person to help me it took weeks to access my results and report.
2. When I did get them there were no supplements recommended (which is what I asked for) for my gut. I have a back ground low level lymphoma no-one would give any guidance, therefore I had to another £150 to speak to someone individually. She was also lovely and helpful but I felt rather duped, it should be made MUCH clearer when purchasing the gut test that if you have a medical condition or any kind of cancer you will not get supplement recommendations. I expected to pay £350 ( a considerable sum ) and ended up paying £500 to get what I wanted
3. I was recommended people outside Healthpath who were even more expensive, I ignored this advice.
4. I receive too many general emails - its overload for me. I will be unsubscribing.
5.I am sorry I will not be recommending you.

The practitioner referral was made with the intention of providing the best support for you and we felt the external recommendations were better suited than one of our in-house practitioners.
