We allow backorders on some of our products. The delay you are complaining about was disclosed to you, along with the expected ship date, on the product page before you ordered. We also followed up with you via email when you complained.

I have been using them for years & everything they sell is always high quality with no toxic fillers!
Also when my most recent package was sent to the wrong address they instantly sent a new shipment which I was incredibly grateful for as the neighbors refused to give me my mail. It was crazy!

Dishonest business practices
I paid $20 express shipping for something they say was “back ordered” when I saw ZERO indication this was the case upon purchase or I would not have purchased it and paid for express shipping. I waited WEEKS for them to ship during which time the customer service agent refused to cancel the order or adjust the shipping because their company is “too big” and they receive “thousands” of orders. I have purchased from much bigger companies than this without issue. Will not be purchasing again.
