I was told one thing by the agent only to find out that things were different with the set-up of my monthly premiums. Don't know now if I even have coverage and if premiums are going to be deducted from my bank account which I don't prefer.

Nicole Whitener is my healthcare agent and she was amazing. She helped me change my policy to one that better suited my needs and budget. She was very efficient and answered all of my questions and made recommendations on things that I was unsure about. I’m so glad that I got the opportunity to meet her because not only is she a professional knowledgeable insurance absent she also so kind and funny ! My stressful day turned around quickly as soon as I reached out to her and she immediately responded. If all customer service professionals had her work ethic and attitude I think people would stop putting off important things due to the dreadful task of dealing with the many people out there providing customer service. I will be referring anyone I can to her and have already stoped a stranger at the pharmacy to pass along her contact info. Nicole is clearly a leader in her industry !
