This is probably one of the most tasty if not the most tasty mushroom coffee that I’ve had and I have had many. One thing that I do that a lot of you may wanna try is by every day dose mild mushroom coffee, and obviously fresh cap mushroom coffee. One scoop of everyday dose, mild coffee, and two scoops of fresh cap mushroom coffee and let me tell you the taste is truly heavenly oh and don’t forget to use two scoops of every day dose A2 dairy milk creamer. I also use coconut sugar organic only you will not be disappointed. I promise you.

Healthletic promises more than they are prepared to deliver.
The product may be valid and be of genuine benefit.
My own research showed that 10800 fu Nattokinase has real benefits but Healthletic cannot deliver product anywhere close to their advertised timeline of 7-10 days.
I would research to see if there are other companies offering good quality, 3rd party tested 10800 fu Nattokinase who can also deliver their product.
Going on a month and I still have not received what I purchased.
Who knows when or IF I'll see it.

I have been a customer of this company for over two years, and their customer service continues to impress me. Recently, I needed help canceling an order, and the support I received was exceptional. They were kind, understanding, professional, and handled everything quickly and smoothly.

It is rare these days to find a company that truly values its customers, and I genuinely appreciate the care and attention they gave me. Thank you for your excellent service and for making a stressful situation so easy. I highly recommend this company!

Was very informative and easy to order without a lot of pages to go through for ordering the product I was interested in purchasing.

I ordered Nattokinase on April 23. Nothing has yet been sent. I only receive “We understand your concerns” emails, but no solution. I did receive a tracking number on May 22 which shows they having only begun the process. UPS has not received the product yet, and does not show it is “in-transit” as they showed in their last 3 emails. I believe this company might be just a scam!

I ordered Nattokinase on 25 April. So far, nothing. I emailed Healthletic on 16 May asking why I had not received my order. I was advised that it would be dispatched in 5-7 days. So far no further messages. Yet they have sent me almost daily emails advertising their products. I have been waiting for a month!

Waited a month for my order and after chasing it a few times they cancelled on me and said my money would come back - still waiting for that too.....dodgy dodgy business - avoid at all costs.

Easy process to order supplements. Only downfall is there were too many pop ups to buy other items

This company is fast to take your money, but they are pathetically slow in delivering the product.

I'm still waiting on my order to SHIP, after a week and a half since they received my order. Now I'm beginning to wonder if they'll ever get it to me.

If a company can't even ship a product in a week and a half, it doesn't deserve to be in business.

They billed me for orders that I did not place. They are scammers! I contacted them and told them. In the past week I received 2 orders from them which I did not place, they are covering up because I saw 2 entries on my credit card that I did not make. They quickly sent me the items I supposedly ordered. I do not need them nor do I want them. They are covering up!!!
Don't buy anything from this company, they will try to rip you off!

New customer here, but not new to nutritional supplements. Quality, purity and evidence-based effectiveness are most important to me...and of course price. References to credible, independent studies was persuasive, at least enough to give your products a try. Website was nice, clean and easy to navigate. As for product prices, recommend not setting default to the lower subscription rates. While good to know, as a new customer I'm not looking for long-term commitment just yet. Prove yourself first and then I'll consider subscribing. I came to your site specifically for Nattokinase but ended up purchasing several items! Can't wait to try them!

Will update to 5 stars once I get my product, however, the costumer service was FAST getting back to me with an explanation as to why it was taking so long to get my order sent. then another email stating that the order was in progress and should be send in 5-7 business days. I guess that will work. So far I'm happy with the web site but really laughed out loud when I say the FREE $15.00 shipping insurance.

I had a question about ordering...and your customer service representative got right back with me almost instantly. I call that great customer service!! Worthy of a five star rating!

I placed an order for Nattokinase late in February. The explanation of the tracking delay information was in Latvian.

When I still hadn't received my order late in March, I began conversations with customer service, all of whom were very nice. They told me the shipment was held up in customs (which I knew), and said they would send me a replacement order.

The replacement didn't arrive. More correspondence; first and second replacement shipments held up in customs. Finally, by early May, after many, many back-and-forth emails with customer service, I said, "Just give me a refund."

Turns out, I had been charged for at least one of the replacement shipments. I was told that two refunds were made. When checking my credit card, I found that the two refunds had actually been noted on my account as charges. That was corrected, but the fact that it was originally incorrect is quite suspicious.

I will NEVER order from Healthletic again! And you shouldn't, either. From a February order to a May refund is outrageous, no matter how nice the customer service people are.

I see from other reviews that my experience is comparable to others'. Definitely not a good company!
