Carlos was incredibly helpful when the delivery service didn't deliver my package. Got it sorted, great communication.

I am frustrated with the sudden and excessive price hikes at Healistic. I understand that pharmacies need to make a profit, but the current markups feel completely unreasonable, especially when patients are locked into using their nominated pharmacy.

To put it in perspective, last month I paid £15 for 30x 300mg Quetiapine and £15 for 30x 50mg. This month, the prices shot up to £23.87 for the 30x 300mg and £28.88 for 60x 50mg. Ok, so it didn’t shoot up in the case of the 50mg tablets…but I am taking into account the trade price, which quite frankly doesn’t justify such a high markup.

Having checked the AAH trade prices, a box of 60x 300mg is roughly £6.76, and 60x 50mg is about £10.56. Marking up a medication this aggressively, while also adding a £3.50 delivery charge on top, feels completely unjustified.

The most frustrating part is that patients cannot simply take their e-prescription to another, more reasonably priced pharmacy.

When you are forced to use a specific pharmacy, there needs to be a much higher standard of fair pricing and transparency.

If Healistic sorts out their pricing, then their service would be a solid four stars.

This is a great company. Helpful and professional. Zak has been exceptionally nice when an issue has occurred.

The delivery itself was fine and arrived within the annointed time band.

The FAQs are unclear as to whether or not the individual prescription recipient needs to be present and needs to present identification or a code in order to receive the prescription. I certainly gained that impression. So I took a day off work. Before I got to the door, the package had already been dropped off and was the in hands of someone else from the house, not even a family member and not of the same gender. So either clarify your policy or have an FAQ to deal with the ambiguity. I would’ve just left my drivers license, but even that wasn’t asked for. Slightly baffling.

Good service with no issues as everything was straightforward

First time using the service, was given one cost of £18.50 and then £90- then the website would not give me any delivery slots! Said none were available.
Had to book an emergency appointment via by GP - very lucky to be seen so quickly as we are at crisis point with my 16yr old daughter.

I had missed the scheduled delivery of my medication on Saturday and DPD sent it back to healistic (which took 2 days). However, when I contacted customer service on the Tuesday, they were able to send the medication to me on Wednesday morning via next day special delivery! The man on the phone was very kind and asked how soon I needed my medication and my delivery preferences to ensure I get it on the Wednesday. Brilliant service :)

There were some logistical glitches due to third-party actions and yet the Healistic Team kept calm and problem-solved my urgent order and kept me updated with swift replies.

As a student living in London, getting sick while away from home is the worst. I tried Healistic recently and it was a game-changer. The app is incredibly smart and easy to navigate. Having my medication delivered straight to my door meant I didn't have to drag myself to a pharmacy while feeling miserable. Honestly, the service is way more specialized and reliable than the Uber Eats/Boots partnership. I can’t recommend it enough!
