I had such a great experience with my lymphatic massage with Christiane! The whole appointment was so relaxing, and Christiane made me feel comfortable from the start. She explained everything and was really gentle throughout the treatment.
I left feeling so much lighter, less bloated, and just overall refreshed. It was exactly what I needed as I recently had a surgery and I could definitely tell a difference afterward.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about trying a lymphatic massage. I'll definitely be booking another one soon!

This was such a wonderful experience. I’m 6 months postpartum, and this was truly a much needed way to relax and support my postpartum care. As soon as I greeted Fabia at my front door, I instantly felt great energy from her and knew I was in the best hands.
It was lovely to have the massage in the comfort of my own home, Fabia set up the perfect relaxing space, where my lounge became a 5 star spa.

Having someone come to your home to give you a massage before bed is the dream but I’ve had mixed experiences in the past. Cristiane from Healing Shapers is not only a professional but does it with care living up to their name. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reset and restoration.

This was my first appointment with Fabia for a lymphatic massage. I have had lymphatic massages many times before but Fabia was excellent. I love that I could have the treatment in the comfort of my own home. Fabia’s technique was very effective and I would definitely recommend her

I recently had a postpartum lymphatic drainage massage with Healing Shapers following an emergency c section. It was a wonderful experience with Sophie who took the time to talk me through everything, answer any questions I had, whilst also providing advice. She also appreciated that I was looking to relax, so it was a great mix of both, with some quiet time for me to decompress amongst the chatting. She was very professional, set up early and it was great to have someone so experienced in surgical scars to make me feel really at ease. I felt refreshed afterwards and she did a great job at helping the bloating on my stomach (making sure to ask what pressure I was comfortable with) and sensitively massaging the c section scar to help with fluid retention. I’d highly recommend and look forward to another session in the future!

I have just had a lymphatic drainage massage with Liliana for 90 mins. After months of feeling bloated and tired I booked a MLD massage with another company and it was disappointing and didn’t do anything. In fact I felt even more swollen. Last week I searched around for a company that offers MLD massage by qualified practitioners and booked with Healing Shapers because of their good reviews. I was not disappointed. Liliana’s technique was excellent and she gave me post massage advice too. I immediately feel lighter and am looking forward to seeing more improvement tomorrow. I will definitely be booking with her again.

I recently had an incredible experience with Fabia and cannot recommend her enough! From the moment I walked into the therapy studio , I felt welcomed and at ease. She took the time to understand my needs and crafted a personalized approach that truly made a difference. The atmosphere was calming and soothing, allowing me to fully relax and unwind.

I have had numerous post surgical LDM’s with Christiane and will continue to do so because she is FANTASTIC. She is professional, knowledgeable, an excellent massage therapist and my recovery has been so much better and easier because of her help. She has provided more than just massage, explaining the stages of healing, talking me through changes to my tissue during the healing process and helping me navigate what’s normal and what’s not. I can’t rate her high enough to be honest.
