This was a faultless transaction from start to finish, despite me initially ordering the incorrect size.

Bought the jacket for my chow with DJD. Would have like it to have a screen showing how much battery was left and a light to indicate when the jacket was on or off. I have been very surprise as all my chows seem to really like the jacket, even the one that hasn't got joint problems. They all fall asleep the second it goes on. Should maybe think of making one without light as a thunder jacket. If I had the money I'd buy them one each!!

I purchased the small coat for our Bichon/Pomeranian Cross who is 9. She suffers from arthritis due to an injury as a puppy. She has taken to using the coat extremely easily, just lays there and allows the light to work its magic. Our physio said that anything that can help with the discomfort and stiffness is worth a try so am pleased to report that so far things are improving. Hopefully this will continue long term.

This product is amazing, we bought the Coat and leg wrap and it helps so much, in less than a week we saw a huge change in Poppy.
Today we have bought two more leg wraps to save time so we can do all three legs at the same time as her back.
I have also used the Dog coat on my back twice in 24 hours for my long-term back problem and bingo, a 90% reduction in pain.

After my last review the company contacted me to arrange a returns label saying the device is faulty, (note: 3 hrs charge time for 4 x10 min uses of the device). Then they contacted me to say this is the expected it usage, so no return label and stuck with a expensive to buy/ expensive to use product. Don't waste your money!

We have a tripaw so bought it initially for him, it's easy to use and he does seem to enjoy it. He does really well and has been on 3 legs since 2020, we bought the wrap to help maintain the health of his remaining front leg alongside his supplements. One of our other dogs started using it last week after she pulled a muscle in her rear leg, I believe it helped alongside pain killers from the vet and rest.
We've only had the wrap a couple of weeks but it does seem to help, so based on that I would recommend.

So far so good my dog gives me his paw when I ask him if he wants a go. He enjoys it so hopefully it's healing too.

I received some very useful advise on which product to buy; it arrived quickly and my Border Terrier lady enjoys the warmth the wraps give out. Not sure if it has improved her mobility (she suffers from arthritis), but it will certainly do her no harm, especially during those colder and wetter months of the year!

Product not to be used if pet suffers from epilepsy. This information was not displayed anywhere on the website. On receiving the item one line in the very small instructions leaflet stated this vital information. On contacting the company was told they would update website with this information, 3 weeks later still not on website.

This has made an incredible difference in quality of life for my elderly arthritic Jack Russell. Before use, she was reluctant to exercise and couldn't jump on the sofa anymore. Now she has her zest for life back, loving walks again and able to jump on the sofa. It might seem expensive but it's actually value for money when you see the effect. I use it daily at bedtime, the effect is noticeable within two weeks of use.

I use the coat on my English Springer Spaniel Max, because I don't want to go down the medication route if possible due to known side effects, it arrived promptly by courier,,I have also noticed one of two fatty lumps that spaniels are prone to have reduced in size too.

Our beautiful girls are miniature schnauzers and are 6yrs. One suffers from hip dysplasia we now know from the vet diagnosis. I came across heaLED on social media, and looked into it, so we both agreed to get the therapy coat (small size is good fit) for her, as it is a considered purchase, but our fur baby’s are worth it, (give up your own coffee treats out for a while) as I noticed some comments on price, yes does seem expensive but I always say your health is your wealth look after it, and the same for our girls! Well we have been using it 3wks and can put it on her twice daily her fur was long at beginning so we used it double go and then they had hair cuts so only needs a single go twice daily, and we have noticed a marked improvement in her as she is much more her bright self and moving around much better and wanting to go out walkies again. She can be quite fussy with new things, but took to the therapy coat quickly. I did have some questions for customer services on best way to use it, and they said we can put the coat on in reverse for the use on hips, so we have done so. Easy to use and to charge up. Originally I bought the small one as I was put off by the price of the coat. However, as my dog has a spinal issue it was awkward keeping him still and moving it around. As I could see such a difference I decided to invest in the coat. It is great, my old boy is SO much better. He moves around with ease and is able to jump on the sofa without his usual run up.

My boy has really bad arthritis and hip dysplasia. He does seem to enjoy it but I don't think he's improved any Im afraid

Well pleasantly surprised, both my dogs have arthritis, one has hip dysplasia since a puppy, so they were both on librella, as it was making them anxious I decided to look at other alternatives, then came across this little gem, so far so good, they are responding very well, off the librella for over 2 weeks now and the HD dog still does not need any meds, where she needed everyday before the librella injections. So fingers crossed it still works as time goes on. Normally around 2-4 days before she is due her librella injection she gets very stiff, and at the moment still no stiffness, so I am impressed. It is natural and has other benefits too, they are both less anxious and not following me around as much. They are both very happy so I would recommend for other dogs. Cost saver too, librella was costing average of £100 per dog per month with vet fees added, so at £250 for a large coat fabulous saving for me. Thank you!
