Immediately returned the last shipment unopened because I wasn’t satisfied with the product. Been emailing them every day since, asking if they received it because I want a refund. No response. Wtf??

Hi — I’m really sorry for the frustration here. If you returned the last shipment unopened, you’re absolutely eligible for a refund once it’s checked in by our warehouse. It sounds like we’ve missed your emails, which isn’t the experience we want for you.
Please send your order number and return tracking to support@healeaze.com with the subject “Trustpilot Refund – [Your Name]”. I’ll personally escalate this and get your refund processed right away.
If you’ve already emailed us, it helps to forward your original message so we can pick it up immediately.

Shame on whoever doing this, some children really suffer, and desperate parents are SCAMED. God seeing everything!

They don't let you cancel and then when you final get them to cancel they still keep taking their bet and sending product. Don't use them wish I checked here first.

Scam
I ordered from this company and never received my product. I have emailed multiple times and tried calling. No response for emails sent and voicemail is full when you try to call.
I am so disappointed, I was looking forward to using these products. I would like to have my money back but there is no way to speak with anyone.

Just ordered from here. Abit cautious as I always check companies on Trustpilot and this had no reviews. However I really wanted a detox for my Son. I will report back once or if I receive the product. I will then report back if the product works.
