I ordered a pricey light in December and had a delivery date in Feb which seemed a long time. However I was delighted to be notified of delivery and received the light this week. It was packaged beautifully, came from abroad. Nothing broken or out of place. A lovely quality product. I will be ordering another smaller version from Heals.

I didn’t know at the time but I was incredibly fortunate to be gifted this course. I had no idea what it entailed but was intrigued to find out. I have a long history of depression, eating disorders, low self esteem, minimum self worth, the list goes on. This course had a huge (positive) impact on how I view life, those around me and most of all myself. I now have the tools to deal with the depression, anxiety, self worth etc. It is life changing. Amani as a coach is truly gifted, intuitive, sensitive and easy to work with. An open mind and the willingness to try new things, step out of your comfort zone, is all that’s needed.
I’m proud of what I have managed to achieve. I know it will always be ‘a work in progress’ but I am excited and hopeful for my future. It’s never too late – I’m proof of that at 68!

Still integrating the magic of Portugal…

I recently went on a retreat in Portugal run by my beautiful school friend Amani 🫶 yes, school friend! We reconnected after 20 years… and honestly, it felt like no time had passed. What’s wild is that in those years apart, we’d both walked similar paths, leaving the corporate world, diving deep into purpose, and stepping into work that supports real transformation.

Her retreat company is called The Shift (and trust me, it’s exactly that).❤️

The retreat was completely bespoke for me and a few close friends and wow. From the cacao ceremony to deep release work, tapping, quantum leap work, and even doing my release in the ocean 😍 it was everything my soul needed.

The way Amani held space… the love, the grace, the certainty in her delivery, it gave me goosebumps. You could feel the depth of intention behind every moment.

We left older versions of ourselves there and came back clearer, lighter, and more connected to who we truly are.

If you’re someone who’s ready to look deeper, live with more purpose, or even just peek into the magic that already lives within you, this is for you. Honestly, wherever you are in life, you’ll be met there with love.🥰

This was more than a getaway🤗it was a return to self.

Nikki has opened my eyes to things that previously I naively dismissed and rolled my eyes at. I was initially quite sceptical about the whole course but could very quickly see the results. Nikki provided accountability but also gave me tools to break through personal blockers I had holding me back. I looked forward to his sessions each day to take a step back from the grind and to spend some time purely focussed on myself. The grounding, breathwork, journaling (OK this I struggled with) took me on a journey of self discovery and really opened my eyes on the connection with mind and body. For someone who doesn’t feel like they are operating anywhere near their full potential, or have any personal baggage to deal with, I wound highly recommend booking in a discovery call with Nikki, you won’t regret it!

This year I’ve attended a couple of Amani’s beautiful ceremonies- an amazing full day retreat, and a bespoke “Mad Hatters Tea Sparty” for my group where Amani created a perfectly themed cacao ceremony exploring our inner child.

When I first attended the day retreat to be honest I had no idea what to expect, but from the moment of entering this beautiful yurt with freshly picked flowers and handwritten notes I was captivated. This experience led me to deep healing of a trauma I knew was there deep down but could not explain or resolve. Amani’s guided meditation led me to the answer I had been looking for.

For the bespoke event for my group of friends, even though it was a shorter ceremony, with a lot of first timers to cacao, Amani created such a moving ceremony that brought some of us to tears due to the sheer beauty of having been brought back to our childhood and being able to hug that little girl that we once were, and others to a blissful happy safe place.

Amani is such a deeply feeling and deeply intuitive person, that even in such short time of knowing each other she knows exactly when Im having a bit of a crisis and will reach out to me with a message that feels like a warm hug.

I cannot recommend Amani’s ceremonies and coaching services enough, she really is pure magic, and I cannot wait to attend my next ceremony.

I attended a cacao ceremony on 11/11 and what an amazing experience.

I did one of Amani's cacao ceremonies. As a long-time expat mum with two kids, it felt like a luscious indulgence of time for myself. A blazing hot fire in a yurt with a view. Flowers and cards displayed in the center of a group of like-minded women. The hot, thick, rich cacao drink. Guided through powerful meditations with well chosen music. The event was really well considered and carefully conducted. More than that, it opened a Pandora's Box in the universe that worked overtime for the year that followed to rip through every part of my life to put in play what I had requested that night. It was hard. Very hard. But I'm coming out the other side of it now and I'm stronger for it. So, be careful what you ask to release. You might just get what you want.

I came across Amani's face yoga programme when I needed it the most. I was going through a nasty break up and subsequent divorce and, although I was looking after my health and physical fitness, the stress and worry of the situation I was in, was clearly written upon my face.
I remember looking in the mirror, thinking my face looked fatigued and overwhelmed; the trauma of my broken relationship took its toll and imprinted itself in my expression.
I started the face yoga just before bedtime, when there was nothing else needing to be done so I could just relax into the exercises and massage.
The results were almost instant! Not only has the drooping lifted, but the wrinkles and lines evened out, and the blemishes disappeared.

I have now been religiously exercising my face for almost 10 months, and the results are astonishing. And I don't only mean the obvious muscle strengthening, which results in a younger look. The exercises helped restore my inner peace and remove the strain and stress from my facial features. Every morning I look in the mirror feeling amazed how radiant and glowing I look. At 44 I finally, for the first time in my life, feel my face represents who I now am as a person. Strong and optimistic woman who is resilient and knows what she wants.

Amani, I'll be forever grateful for your help with this transformation 💖.

There doesn't really exist a metric that can truly capture the quality, support, and sheer amazingness Amani provided as a cacao ceremony hostess. She created two versions of cacao, one with honey and one without, catering to all preferences. The clear and useful instructions she sent the day before ensured we were fully prepared for the experience.

Whether it's a full moon or not, the energy I felt during the ceremony still lingers days after. Amani made me feel incredibly comfortable, especially since it was my first cacao ceremony.

I definitely recommend her ceremonies, whether you are into cacao, meditation, or just curious to see what it's all about. But be warned, you might just get addicted!

I have been working with Amani and Nick at Heal for 3 months now. In this time I have lost 16kg in weight and have literally become a different person. Through breathwork, cold water therapy and other technique's I am more focused. My energy levels have doubled and my earnings have increased 35%!

I have gone from a doubter to a firm believer in the power of the mind!

Had a wonderful experience with sweet lovely Amani on her day retreat. The Cacao ceramony, that took place in a beautiful natural location, felt warm and close to the heart. I got some insights from the cards and meditation and sensed renewed and refreshed, as if my battery was full again.
