Extremely disappointing & a big time trauma experience!!!

We purchased an expensive grooming package and took our 2-year-old dog for a regular grooming session. Instead of handling him professionally, the groomers had cut the hairs on his body and refused to do it on his face, tail, and paws, saying he was “not stable”.So they left him half way.
They made my beautiful boy look so bad....how ridiculous of them !!!!

If a dog could sit calmly like a human, we wouldn’t need professional groomers.

We are paying a premium price expecting trained experts who know how to handle pets.

After we complained, they said an expert groomer would come in 3–4 days and asked us to bring him again, but no one even called back.

Very unprofessional, careless and disappointing service for such a big brand. Truly a case of “Naam bade aur darshan chote.”

You should actually shut down your branch if you have no sense, atticate & talent to handle pets & customers....

I would strongly advice to all the pet parents to not waste your money & time for such a pathetic sevice...they are very very unprofessionals.

Very disappointed with Heads Up For Tails. The products delivered had a short expiry date, which is completely unacceptable when you're buying food for your pet. To make it worse, their customer support is of no help . poor communication, no accountability, and you're left chasing them for every little thing. Expected much better from a brand that claims to care about pets. Will not be shopping here again.

I have been a regular customer at the RMV 2nd Stage HUFT branch and have trusted you with my cat’s grooming multiple times.
This time, I clearly communicated that I needed a full service including a haircut for my cat. However, only basic grooming was done. When I questioned it, I was told to book another appointment and pay an additional ₹2,000 for the haircut.
This is not acceptable. I was explicit about the requirement, and it is your responsibility to ensure the requested service is delivered — not partially completed and then charged again.
As a regular customer, I expect transparency and professionalism. This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in this branch. If this is how repeat customers are treated, this will be my last visit.

Pathetic experience with the online platform and ordeal starts once you start talking to their customer care. Delayed deliveries, or for that matter no delivery also is common with them. All this is so common that you will get the same pathetic experience everytime.

Brought 2 jackets on sale for our dog in the same size as what we had brought in the store. Both turned out much smaller and the heads-up for tails team just kept quoting that they have a disclaimer during sale so won’t allow return or exchange though clearly the sizing is absolutely incorrect. Extremely unhelpful and not trustworthy.

I was twice delivered cat food i had not ordered and my cats wasted it. Then recently they sent me a huge bag of cat litter that i never use and had not ordered. Because it was taken out of its box but not opened they refused to refund my money. I am complaining to the Hyderabad police now

Heads Up For Tails is my go-to store for all my pet’s needs. The products are of great quality, delivery is quick, and the customer service team is always helpful. My dog absolutely loves everything I buy from here. Highly recommended to every pet parent.

I gave a 5-star review to HUFT using Judge Me, which was immediately published. Received a substandard product and lowered my rating to 2-star, after company didn't address my issue, despite providing evidence, and HUFT and Judge Me removed my verified review.

Here are both my takes:

Original review intact below the dotted line, but updating based on my experience with HUFT. I used to purchase from them regularly on Amazon and even recommended them for cat food. The first time I purchased directly from their websites, I was delivered a sub-standard product that my cat wouldn't even eat without much coaxing. Product itself isn't the issue but it does seem to have counterfeit in the market. I got another packet and my cat is eating it fine again. This was a breach of trust.

I have been buying cat food for years now, especially Farmina products. In fact, I used to buy this from HUFT on another online platform until they discontinued it. Came across their website and placed my order. Everything seemed smooth and seamless.

Coming to the product itself, as the review title suggests it's incredibly healthy and wholesome for your furballs. I only started feeding this to Duggi when she turned 2. The other dry food labels I fed her until then, such as Whiskas, Royal Canin, Sheba were all good but never stopped her shedding. She's now 5 and the last 3 years, Matisse has been my goto cat food. Duggi's coat developed a sheen and she hadn't shed since.

Farmina is indeed more "high-end gourmet" and thus expensive than other cat foods but given how the rest mid-range brands are almost touching the lower end of Farmina, it's only prudent to add some more bucks to your cat food budget and offer her the best.

If you're a cat parent, try their cat wands! Quite different from what's available usually in the market, especially love the one with shiny reflective tassels, and the clippable furry tail one!

I took my dog to the Heads Up For Tails Spa, and it was such a great experience! the groomers were well trained, gentle and used high quality products. They knew how to handle my dog from the start and make him feel calm. After the grooming, my dog looked clean, fresh and smelled amazing. The space was extremely clean and hygienic!

Very professional experience overall :) Will definitely bring him for his bath and haircut here every time.

The collection is amazing! I was buying for my friend's cat and was able to get treats, toys and accessories - all at one place!

HUFT is Dylan’s favourite place! My Dylan, 11 year old golden retriever, is allergic to gluten and chicken. HUFT’s Yummy in my tummy biscuits are a constant in our home because they are perfect for my Dylan. He just can’t get enough of them. Love shopping from here!

My dog (Sharu) love the sara wholesome food and the sara all treats so much. Thanks you heads up for tails for making such a healthy and tasty food.

I’ve been feeding my dog HUFT’s Sara’s Wholesome meals and Hearty Kibble for a few months now, and I can genuinely see the difference. The food smells fresh, looks clean, and my pup loves them! The best part is that it is made with real ingredients and feels home-style, not processed. Even the treats are healthy and perfect for training, especially Yum-Nums and YMT biscuits. Really happy with the quality and care HUFT puts into their food range.

Ordered sara’s wholesome food for my dog Rambo. Although he is a picky eater but loved the chicken & turkey blend. Order delivered in gurgaon within 2 days. Overall a good experience.

I recently ordered Meowsi cat food from Heads Up For Tails for home delivery, and I’m quite happy with the service. The website was easy to navigate, and I found my preferred brand without much trouble. Delivery was smooth — it arrived within two days, nicely packed and fresh.
The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that the delivery updates could be a bit more frequent. But the convenience and reliability make it worth it. My cat loves the Meowsi cat food, and I’ll definitely order again!

I usually dont do reviews but this one is really important, specially for pet parents whose dogs are extreme picky eaters like my Joey. He is a 1 year old golden retriever and recently he stopped eating on his own. Despite trying everything from home cooked to dry food to wet packaged food until i found Sara’s wholesome packaged food meals. He finishes the entire meal without hassle and his coat and teeth health has improved over 3 months. Recently we made hin try hearty’s kibble as well, and he seems to enjoy that too.
