Since 2002, we’ve been providing short term spot and contingent staffing to public and private health and care providers, helping keep services running for patients and communities with on-framework, sustainable and compliant staffing. Working with our sister brands HCRG Staffing and Sugarman Health and Wellbeing, our mission is to be the first call for sustainable workforce solutions to the NHS and private sector and be the go-to provider for high acquity care and outsourced services across the acute, community and mental health sectors. Through our five branches across the United Kingdom, we’ve placed candidates at more than 450 employers over the last 12 months – and they keep coming back. In fact, we’re the second largest provider of health and care staffing in the country and are listed on every major NHS staffing framework meaning it’s easy (and cost effective) to work with us. Our clients like us because we understand the challenges they face and because we’re in it for the long term. Our candidates like us because we provide them with access to the right roles, at the right time again and again. After all, our group delivers more than 5 million hours of health and care services every year too – so we know what it takes, and we’re here for the journey.

Well
Well, I'd recommend HCL to anyone because they actually made me feel as if they were with me physically. Always responding to issues as promptly as they could in a homely manner which I believe anyone could ever wanted. And above all, the smoothness with which the process was handled is great. Thank you HCL.

Abbi Winter at HCL goes above and…
Abbi Winter at HCL goes above and beyond in her search for suitable roles for agency workers. When I was feeling despondent during lockdown year and no roles were coming in surprisingly, I was all for cancelling my SW registration and going back into retirement. Abbi promised before the year was out she would find me a role, and she did. Abbi is steadfast and tenacious working on behalf of agency workers looking for the right role, and she takes into consideration the person as an individual. She's ace!!!

No regrets with HCL Permanent
I still can’t believe I am in the UK now to start work and get settled. Nicola and her team were there for me throughout this journey. They were extremely amazing with their swift responses and fast processing. My journey would have been a roller coaster without HCL Permanent. Many thanks to Nicola and Mohini especially. I always smile and feel a sense of fulfillment even though I’m just about to start my life here in UK, because I know I have you guys. God continue to bless you for helping our dreams turn into reality🙏🏽

I didn't receive the reimbursement for the IELTS or CBT or any other expenses even after many emails, just gone to deaf ears. I was told that I will get the reimbursement and to sent bank details which I did and never got it.

Hi Tumpa,
Thanks for taking the time to review our service.
I'm sorry to hear that you have not received reimbursement for your IELTS and CBT expenses. I have looked into this, and can see that your recruitment consultant, Lisa left the business some time ago - unfortunately, if you have been sending emails to her, this will be the reason for the lack of a reply.
My colleague Nicola has emailed you today with a request for the required documentation to be completed so that we can process the reimbursements and make payment to you.
Please check your email and respond accordingly.
If you would prefer to talk to someone, you can reach our team on 020 7451 1451 and ask for Nicola Phillips.
All the best, Terence

HCL is the best.
HCL is the best. They were brilliant from start to finish. My application to be a nurse in UK went very smoothly and stress free. They are very detailed in their instructions and made sure I understand every step. They gave me options and never rushed, when I ask for advise the staff were always honest and straight forward. L. Lourenco, D. Darko, E. Finedon were the few who I can remember assisting me. I will be forever grateful to their efforts and support they indeed changed my life. ♥️ 100% recommend. Hope they will continue to be the best. 🇬🇧
