Great product! It arrived on time which was great, I like the chair but wished i could have bought one of the cooler ones. But, it does it job and feels great with it’s ergonomics! Thanks HBADA for an affordable product!
This has been the worst customer service I have ever had with any company ever.
I placed an order with them and cancelled the same day. It took 2 days for them to get back to me and told me that day that the order shipped.
They then rerouted the order back to their warehouse. I had to beg for my refunded trying to prove the order was back at their warehouse. So unorganized. 5 days or emailing back and forth and they didn’t even refund me the entire amount back.
The worst company ever.
The chair was delivered on time, and the packaging was secure and well organized. All parts arrived in good condition.
The assembly guide, however, could be more detailed and user-friendly, similar to IKEA's instructions. My main challenge was installing the headrest. Beyond the limited instructions, the headrest itself was difficult to align and fit correctly. Once partially installed, it was extremely difficult to remove and reposition without applying excessive force, which raised concerns about potentially damaging the chair.
Overall, the delivery experience was positive, but the headrest assembly process requires significant improvement. For a premium ergonomic chair, I expected a more refined assembly experience with better engineering and clearer instructions.
for some reason the lumbar support doesnt stay in place. foot rest a bit hard

The product looked used, and I immediately started the return request on the same day. No one has come for the pickup yet for more then a month now. The customer support is very slow, they don't respond and have now gone completely silent.
