Ms. Cross is amazing and very easy to communicate with. My daughter looked forward to her sessions and received great guidance during those sessions. Hazel Health overall has been a tremendous service for my daughter and I’m sure many other kids in need of counseling.

The therapist Jacqueline was awesome!! She was always so informed and polite. Also she made me feel comfortable and give me great information! Jacqueline makes my daughter feel really comfortable and was able to talk to her without any problems!!

Therapist started diagnosing child in front of her during first appointment and told parent that CPS should have been called. Child did self harm the next day. Completely unprofessional and the clinic won’t automatically provide a new counselor without further conversation. Therapist should lose her license.

My son connected with his therapist very well and they where kind and patient with him.

They were easy to use within the school system.

The counselor was great, and I felt my daughter made some good progress.

It was what my child needed, and they were professional and personable.

The counselor was very attentive to his needs and paid attention. He said that he felt comfortable and safe talking with her. He wished it was a longer period of time as he felt he needed more help and guidance problem solving

The staff was X-Men that taking time and listening to what my daughter had to say. And they gave her a lot of tools that she can use to try in work with..
