My child enjoyed and felt good to talk to his counselor as he felt heard and not judged. He asked if he can continue with the therapy as it helps with his anger issues.

Communication was awful. Then they wouldn’t communicate when services ended. We were suppose to be referred for long term therapy and never got any thing.

From the first visit, my son felt comfortable with talking to someone from there.
The whole experience was great!

Wonderful and safe experience for my child who was dealing with anxiety.

The experience was great, my daughter liked every session, since the first interaction to know if she was eligible the therapists were so helpful, respectful and supportive. We would have liked to continue with more sessions, but the school year has ended.

I used HH as a counseling service for my child since her school offered it for free. I thought it was helpful in a way in the topics it covered in general like self-esteem, etc. However, I noticed the provider seemed unable to give specific advice or give specific counseling on the issues my child was dealing with. I think the provider had a script or outline they had to follow, which I understand.

My grandson had counseling after the death of his mother. He gladly took the phone calls and was in a good mood after talking with the counselor. I was not privy to their conversation, but I do know it went well because of his behavior afterwards. So thank you for helping him.

My daughter found it helpful and was very conveniently done at school.

Hazel health really helped my daughter. Her therapist was Jasmine and she provided excellent help, support and guidance for my daughter. Jasmine was such a big help for my family and for that I thank her so much.

I will never ever use Hazel health ever again! The therapist was horrible, very unprofessional and did not help at all… what a waste of my time when I could’ve just used my own health insurance

My daughter made a great short connection with the therapist and is now in a great place to start her current therapy

I loved how personal the connection between my child's counselor and my child became. It happened quickly and with ease. My child was very nervous about the process going in and she quickly felt seen and understood. She also knew that her counselor truly liked her and wanted to spend those 45 minutes with her. She walked away with tools to help her anxiety and to help build her confidence!

The providers were responsive to our request to switch to find a better match for our daughter. Once we switched she felt like it was a better fit and the therapist was easy to talk to. She received some basic support and guidance to get started with therapy and other resources to help her.
