Excellent paint and super quick free delivery.

MISSED the email regarding pickup. It seems another company does this & maybe it did not have Haymes in the email heading so deleted or never received it ??
After 8 days emailed Geelong Branch as to why I had not received a pickup notice, who immediately returned by a phone call and BINGO all was good

Can't complain - my order was delivered promptly.

Haymes, is hands down the best paint I have used in my lifetime. I have also used their decking oil and my deck still looks like new after 1 year in an area very exposed to the sun.

One thing to watch out for, is the colour chart for their paints. It is way off!! It does not match the actual paint at all, and i've tried numerous of different colours. I advise to get samples.

My daughter told me to buy a certain colour swatch for $2 and have it posted to my home. I could have used it as a guide when buying furniture etc for our new home.
Turns out she had 2 posted to her home in the country over 600kms away from me. I am guessing someone’s sent my copy to her address , same last name. I know its a trifle amount, but obviously no proper checks in place.

I am registered on your website so you have my details. I sign in and then attempt to shop and when when I get to the checkout; Nothing - I have to fill in all my details again. It was easier to go to Bunnings.

The Haymes exterior paint that I used to repaint a house is the best paint that I have used (& I have used all the big brands over the years). It goes on beautifully and gives a non-streaky result with the first coat. After 2 coats the finish is both rich and smooth. I thoroughly recommend Haymes.

Hey team, its been an interesting experience.
I made an online order and the order confirmation took at least 24 hours to come through. It was a click and collect. But then, nothing. I wondered if because you had a sale it might have been a while to fulfil. However after at least a week, I called the store and they were like oh yes it's here.
But we hadn't been told.
Then when we went into the store we were told it wasn't arriving until later. It took a while before the asked our name and then realised they were talking about a different customer and ours was in fact there!
I will say, we've used the dexpress oil after the wood cleaner and the product seems amazing. Also once the drama was sorted in store, the person gave great advice and was helpful.
But I do think you've got to get your systems better down pat so customers know where things are at.

Haymes shop staff contacted me when my order was ready and also arranged same day delivery.
Renovating, painting internal walls and really happy with the quality of the finish and colour spot on.

I chose to use Haymes premium pain based on canstar reviews and take advantage of Boxing day online special. Unfortunately the website architecture didn't perform correctly so chose to visit the Sunshine store. The personnel there knew nothing of the special but much about the product. I went home and tried a different way to navigate the website and surprisingly all looked good. I tried to choose "click and collect" from my nearest store but a pop-up stated not available at this store. So I went with home delivery. Surprisingly my order arrived the next day and had to agree best ever especially since I thought it was coming from Ballarat. Whilst looking over the label it actually came from my local store (???).
Paint quality though was very good but for a couple of things. Number one is the paint dries considerably darker. I'm assuming this is designed so when applying the second coat you know where you're painting. Second is although the shop mixed the paint I thoroughly mixed it before use but every now and then I would get a white spot of undissolved paint on the wall. Not just one but several. I've never had this before.
Overall though I will admit the paint quality is very good although the overall shopping experience was frustrating and confusing. I'll shop at the store next time.

Great to be able to get the A5 brush-outs! I’ve ordered some more as we are going to have 4 bedrooms and a long hallway painted.
