Waiting game of emails and runaround, for nothing
I first waited one month for my clothes that would never arrive to arrive. They give you a fake tracking number to make you believe it’s legit and that your pack is on the way.
They say the pack arrives, but it doesn’t. You panic and blame your neighbors. You ask them for proof of delivery, and they have none. They say they’re going to send it again or they can refund you 60%.
You say you don’t want to wait another month, so they say they will send it expedited and it will arrive in 5 to 7 business days. You tell them to send it again, again they send you your tracking number, this time you set up a door cam, and on the day they say it arrives, there’s of course no Delivery, nor proof of delivery. You also told them to tell the courier to leave it in your backyard this time and call you or ring the doorbell when they deliver. Of course they say they will but no one calls or rings your doorbell, as confirmed by your door cam.
You offer the company access to your door cam to verify there were no deliver deliveries, but they ignore your offer and have no interest. Again, they offer you a 60% refund. Do you accept or decline and get approved for 100% refund, and they tell you it will take up to a month to be processed. I’m still waiting and I will update once the one month has passed.
