HattonGardenJeweller Recenzje

My partner & I came to Laz earlier in the year for my engagement ring and had an amazing experience. We loved designing it together and Laz shared his honest advice along the way. There’s no pushy sales tactics like you see in the rest of Hatton garden which goes a long way to build trust. We’re delighted with the end result and still haven’t seen any other ring like it!

For something as important as our wedding rings, we’d really done our research to find the most highly rated jewellers in Hatton Garden and Laz was our 6th appointment.
From the first time we met him, Laz and his team blew everyone else we’d met before out of the water. The man is a specialist, has a real passion for diamonds, he took his time with us more than anyone else. Every question/idea we had (and we had many!) he answered with very honest positives and negatives, and pointed out things we hadn’t thought of, to help us get to the perfect rings - you can tell he’s been in the industry for decades. Other jewellers in Hatton Garden had good salespeople with fancy shop fronts but when you speak to Laz and his team, you’re talking to the specialists that will actually be creating your jewellery, and our rings are so beautiful and bespoke! We are first time customers with Laz & HGJ and will be coming back here again.

My partner and I had an amazing experience with Hatton Garden Jewellers. Laz guided us through designing my engagement ring using diamonds from my grandmothers ring. I sketched a unique three-stone design, and the team brought it to life beautifully. They also created two sets of matching flower-shaped stud earrings from the remaining stones. Laz provided exceptional service—he’s a real character and made the whole process unforgettable. I absolutely love my ring and couldn’t be happier! Thank you for everything.

Absolutely recommend Laz – exceptional jeweler and service!

My husband purchased my engagement ring from Laz and it was absolutely stunning – everything about it was perfect. Laz helped him design the ring exactly how he envisioned it, and the result was beyond beautiful.

Later, we returned to Laz for our wedding bands, and again, he guided us through the process, recommending the best options to complement my engagement ring. His attention to detail and honest advice made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Most recently, Laz cleaned my engagement ring and repaired a very sentimental piece – my late sister’s ring. He replaced the stones and brought it back to life in the most beautiful way. It meant so much to me, and the work was done with such care.

I truly can’t recommend Laz enough. His craftsmanship, professionalism, and personal touch make all the difference. You’ll be in great hands!

I have being seen Laz for over a decade and he has always created a comfortable and collaborative atmosphere when guiding me through ring and earring creations. This time was no different and I couldn’t imagine using anyone else.

Vince and the team are really welcoming and have great knowledge. Really pleased with the finished product

We have used Laz and the guys at Hatton Garden jeweller for years, we had our engagement ring, wedding rings and a stunning diamond Tennis bracelet made by HGJ. We always received a top quality service that is second to none. We recently visited again to have some size adjustments done to our rings, along with some repairs done on our jewellery. They were as ever, super helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Laz was really helpful in helping us choose an engagement ring and our wedding rings, listening to what we wanted and showing us all the options. Great little place to go for personal service. We were very happy with the results and thought it was very fairly priced.

Laz was extremely helpful and friendly from start to finish. We purchased a two wedding bands and a wedding ring from him and he gave us a very good price. He was very honest when I was selling my ring about price which is a rarity these days. Thank you so much Laz! Overall experience was 10/10 and would recommend him to anyone!

5 stars isn't enough for Laz and the team! Trustworthy, honest, professional and so efficient. Thanks so much for taking such great care of my precious rings!

I had to have a treasured ring cut off due to an accident. I was recommended Hatton Garden Jewellers by a friend. They didn’t disappoint. Laz and the team repaired and restored my ring beautifully, in fact it was better than new! Thank you

21st Birthday Statement Ring was the agenda and they certainly delivered. I booked an appointment and Laz spent time explaining about Diamonds, colours of stones, metals and designs. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and we left with the perfect idea. I left the team to it and was kept in the loop through the whole process. I collected it at the end of Feb and it is Stunning!! Great job !!

Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had regarding jewellery I’ve ever had. My first purchase was a custom engagement ring. Before this - I had no knowledge of anything jewellery or gem. After browsing several shops and websites I quickly got bored and defensive with the pushy sales techniques and poor service. laz was recommended by a friend and after our first meeting i felt both respected as the customer but also informed on what exactly I was buying. The service was so good that i went back for my wedding rings and recommended several friends in similar positions who had a similarly fantastic experience. 10/10

Went to Laz as my first appointment and had a really enjoyable experience. Very personable, took the time to explain everything I needed to know about diamonds and engagement rings. All felt very comfortable which made for a good experience whilst buying something so important. Knew his stuff, delivered on time and really can't fault at all. Both my consultations we had a great chat and I highly recommend!

Excellent customer service and a fast turnaround on a tricky job! I'll definitely return for more work here. Trustworthy and great value!

The level of customer service was excellent! I really appreciated how they took care and time in crafting the perfect ring for my wedding, whilst updating me with the process or any changes along the way. It was a pleasure to have my ring worked on by them!

Really nice experience for a custom interlocking ring. Really happy with the output and process. Easy to do business with!

Have had my claddagh ring for over 10 years and in that time it had bent out of shape and lost its shine. Gave it to Laz for a spruce and he did a perfect job of restoring it back to how it was when it was brand new. So happy with it!

I wanted to surprise my wife with a beautiful ring. Meeting Laz was an amazing experience, he talked me through everything, explaining every detail of the process, putting my mind at ease. His patience and knowledge are amazing. The ring was delivered at the agreed time, and the wife was blown away by the perfect craftsmanship. Over the years, Laz has become the only jeweller I would ever go to in Hatton Garden, (or anywhere else in the world!) He has produced some beautiful pieces for us. The Kunzite and diamond ring he made for her twenty years ago, has stood the test of time, it looks as good today as it was when first made. Thank you Laz, you are a true gentleman and a man of your word, definitely coming back. Best wishes to you and your team, David.

Laz's customer service was absolutely phenomenal. He spent a lot of time with me and my fiancée to pick out the perfect diamond and setting.

We ended up with the most beautiful ring and couldn't have had a better experience picking it out.

We will definitely be back for wedding bands!!
