ORDERED 4 HATS (3) SMALL AND (1) MEDIUM. TOOK FOUR WEEKS TO RECEIVE, REQUESTED UPDATE ON DELIVERY, NO ANSWER. WHEN PRODUCT ARRIVED OUTSIDE PACKAGE WAS IN REASONABLY GOOD SHAPE. WHEN I OPENED THE BOX THE FOUR HATS WERE SMASHED DOWNWARD AND CRUSHED BEYOUND RESHAPING VERY POOR QUALITY MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP. REQUESTED RETURN AUTHORIZATION AND NO ANSWER. ALL THE HATS WERE ONE SIZE AND THAT WAS MEDIUM, NO SMALL. "CHINA CRAP"!

yep , I fell for the ' cool hats on my social media feed ' trap . At least I ordered just one , they said 15 days , 20 days later no response . Im expecting the "cheap hat that looks nothing like the ad " if anything save your money , or better yet go on ebay , find the hat you like from a 100 % seller and it arrives as promised .

If I could give lower than 1 star I would. This company is a complete scam hats are not as pictured cheap costume hat. I wouldn't even put these on my dog.

Ordered 2 hats, arrived much later than stated at time of purchase, both damaged and of very poor quality. To get a refund I would have to pay to ship them to China. I felt forced to accept a partial refund to remove the need to return them, but the hats are unwearable so this hassle has cost me money for nothing. I even paid the extra fee for ‘100% worry free shipping’.

Tempted to raise a dispute with my credit card company to get full reimbursement.

This place is a filthy dirty rip off!!! Do not buy anything from them unless you like throwing away hard earned money!!! The hats SUCK. Cheap poor quality. They show pics of quality hats stolen from reputable suppliers and send bootleg hats to customers!!! Run…not walk away from anything MYHATHAVEN!!?

Scammers, they products they send you is absolutely garbage. I bought 3 hats that in the picture looked great but when it arrived almost 2 months later it was crap, I mean not even a kid would wear it. Package done in a way that showed they didn't care and know they will get away with it. Another thing, they make it look like it's an American based company until you get the track order it's from China. Biggest thing they refund, they will offer you 15% refund.

Just got my rip wheeler hat. I would compare it to a dollar store item. Not worth the money I paid for it.

I ordered from my hat heaven and they sent me something different that looked like it was from the dollar store. I contacted them after several days they tried to give me a partial credit and a credit to buy another hat. They are a scam company that’s hopes you won’t dispute the charges. Don’t buy from them.

I ordered a fedora hat and it came in a small box when I pulled out the hat It was all bent up. My feather was missing. The brim was crooked and it had a plastic emblem sticking out of it. My Hat Heaven is misleading there customers hats are garbage. I will never buy from them again.

Most bad reviews are for a misleading rip off site called myhathaven. Hatheaven is 100% a legitimate site. Love the hats I’ve ordered.

HORRIBLE!!! I ordered over $200 worth of hats in 01/2025, it is 03/03/2025 and I STILL have NOT received my items. There is no customer service number to contact only a email. I have sent a ton of emails requesting information about my items and all I get is a generic reply saying that my order is in route, with no tracking information..THEY ARE SCAMMERS

They advertised 7-10 business days delivery time, and they have taken 6 weeks with zero progress or updates. Repeated attempts to email them gave nothing but a generic auto-response contradicting their claim for 7-10 days by saying it’s 1-2 weeks for manufacturing and 1-2 to ship. Which is still 2 weeks less than I’ve waited so far with no update.

Relieved a smashed hat due thier part not the shipping and was not as described. I have tried to get a refund but they are very hard to work with. It is obvious that they are Chinese and will not give a refund or replace it. They try to get you to except 20, 30 or 50%. I had to dispute the Charge. Numerous emails. Scam outfit. I would Not do business with them. Numerous others had the same experience. Scam, Scam, Scam.

Hat was about 3 sizes to big. Hat band nothing like pictured. No customer service. Won't hold shape. Nothing like quality of the picture. My fault for not checking reviews first. Found out pictures are off other hat manufacturer web sites. Tried to contact my bank, they denied my claim before I ever got hat. Tried to cancel sale but customer service never returned calls or emails

A couple of hours after paying for the hat, my paypal account was hacked. I thought I was buying legit company managing the front end and sourcing from China... and should have checked but I was just too tired...its looking pretty bad for them as the hack is within an hour or so and I didnt find out til today.
So after the notification arriving it was a couple of hours out from the "hassle free" insurance I paid for...right. THen I did a search and whoah have they got a bad rep. So here I am after 4 calls to paypay and getting cuttoff every time...

I bought a supposed Indiana Jones hat the was not only the wrong color but also not anywhere close to an Indy hat, just a sorry looking hat in a fedora shape. These people are scammers and should not be allowed to sell on the internet. In fact, they should be arrested for fraud and false advertising.

If I could leave zero stars for this scam artist company, I would. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews, 100% bad and evil: website steals images from other sites to sell cool looking hats, then they take a super long time to ship from China, and what you get are cheap costume hats that look NOTHING like what you ordered. Customer service is another scam. YOU WON'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK. They have figured out how to take your money and even PayPal can't help you.

If I could give a 0 star review I would do -5. They are absolutely crap. False advertisement. Ordered a cowboy hat that was supposed to be 5 3/4 tall shipped in a 4 inch tall box with zero protection. Advertising fast shipping must have used a carrier turtle and that’s an insult to the turtle. Brim was visibly unevenly cut on the front and rear, must have Stevie Wonder and Ray Charles cutting them out of whatever bs material they found to make them out of feelings like old recycled cardboard that was wet dried and then rewet. Visible stitching all the way around the crown that doesn’t even match the color of the hat. And from what I’ve read they are not known for issuing refunds. So that was a complete waste of $70.

If I could give a zero star I would please do not order from this company. They are a scam company. It takes them at minimum 60 days to send the cheap material hat that looks nothing like the ones pictured. They are bait and switch organization. They show you a good quality hat and send you a cheap felt hat that looks nothing like the picture
