Thank goodness we chose this company. Such helpful staff. We drove from Holland to calais to catch the train to get to Dover to then be told despite having all the required documents to travel we would not be allowed to travel. This meant we would be too late for our tests. When i rang they kindly said we could just rebook once we found flights . So we drove straight to eindhoven in Holland and booked flights for the evening, it was so stressful especially since we were due to visit my elderly mother who has had a bad diagnosis. The Hasu staff arranged new tests for us and we were able to downlood new passenger locator forms. So thankyou , and now just hope the plane takes off on time tonight!

So much help and great advice was given to me at the Slough testing centre. Excellent customer service!!

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company, my sample has been lost and I understand this happened but the customer service is even worse! My partners had been analysed (after chasing) but mine was not and it is claimed that it has not been delivered despite being sent with my partners! Trying to find this out was very difficult and after making it the top of their phone order and moving from the hold music the line rang for 30 minutes before I gave up. This happened on 3 occasions taking to anyone!

First time flying since COVID, and they were extremely helpful, especially since I think I got my boxes (fit to fly
/ 2 day return) the wrong way round, but it was all updated successfully on their website.

I ordered a fit to fly on-site antigen test. After realising that the medical centre was in Slough, I emailed them to change my test to a home antigen test. Two days later, I received two PCR tests. I decided to use one of them, hoping to get the results before my flight. Unfortunately my flight is today. Still no results.

Ordered my day 2 PCR test online on a Sunday and it got sent out the next day. Instructions were easy to understand, posting the swab back was also straightforward. Posted it on Wednesday and got my result back on Thursday evening - that's despite omicron putting pressure on lab capacity for PCR tests. Would book again with Hasu.

I have tried many providers, but the Slough team is the best ! I would definitely recommend a site visit appointment, for fast results, good prices and great service. I would always choose this, or Click and Drop, over the postal tests, to eliminate any delays.

The service exceeded our best expectations. The test (2nd and 8th day) was processed promptly, A double-booked test (my fault) was refunded and communication was fast, clear and friendly. Will definitely use them again for all testing needs.

Customer service at kingsbury pharmacy lady was rude . Must go for customer service course. Hasu diagnostic should stop using Royal mail as courier.

Fantastic support I received given I had a complex situation. The contact number of Watford centre is in the hands of a superbly supportive person who goes the extra mile… they even were willing to wait an extra hour for me in the centre so I manage to drop my fit to fly test, as otherwise the results wouldn’t have been ready for my flight. This was done out of just care, because they already had my money and didn’t have to do this. Much appreciated

I have bought a Fit to Fly Antigen Lateral Flow Test for my father. He had the flight on Sunday afternoon and he did the test on Saturday morning. We registered and uploaded the test photo around 10am. We were supposed to receive the Result Certificate on the same day. We waited until Sunday morning, not having received the result I have tried to call them but no one answered, just a registered message saying to send them an email. So I sent the email to them, explaining that we needed the certificate having the flight on the same day. We ended up buying another test from a different provider, driving to a medical center in a rush, and having the travel certificate just 2 hours before the departure. Hasu sent the certificate on Monday morning, completely useless. We have wasted our money and it was really stressful. Keep this in mind if you have a flight on Sunday.

Absolutely hassel free PCR test service. Very kind, supportive and profesional team of hard working people. Ordering is very easy and you receive emails with confirmation. Convenient place to reach and a lot of parking nearby as it is in residential area. Staff were kind and happy to assist with a smile on the face. I made a mistake while placing order for my kids PCR and as soon result came, I was worried that I would need to get retest. I sent an email immediately and got a respnse with corrected certificate in 5 mins that too at 10pm in the night. I would highly recommend them and would do all my future PCR tests here only.

I recently had to get a test to travel to the US, they were really helpful and had great customer service , tests also arrived in the post very quickly.

A great place to get your testing done if you want it done in a timely manner and stress free. Our test results and certificates had come through well within the timelines advised. Customer Services were also very helpful in rectifying a booking error that had occurred.
