Having moved home a few times, I can honestly say this was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Tom was clear, communicative, and supportive throughout the entire process. Buying an unusual probate property came with a number of queries and complexities, but Tom hypothetically held my hand every step of the way, making everything feel far less stressful and much easier to navigate.

The conveyancing app they use allows you to track the progress of the sale, upload documents, communicate etc… extremely easily which made the sale process less stressful.
