I have purchased 3 Hart portable fans, an Edger, a blower, 3 battery chargers,5 batteries and a Hedge trimmer. With the exception of the Hedger the rest of our Hart tools are great. The Hedger stopped working after 3 uses, the warranty is expired. My issue is with Hart customer service, I have been trying to contact Hart for over a month,no response. Every time I emailed them I was told to call however no one answered.
The Hedger has a bad gear box and not worth the cost to repair it. I simply wanted to inform Hart of this problem for future reference should someone else have this problem. Hart obviously could care less about customer satisfaction or their customers. I will never purchase another Hart product and will advise everyone I know to do the same.
It is evident that Hart only cares about selling their products and customer service is not a priority!

I worked for Sears for 15 years and worked in lawn/garden selling lawn mowers ,weed eaters and anything having to do with garden equipment and my hart weed eater is in my opinion it rates with the craftsman I used to have

having trouble using gas due to weight this is nice and light for me. works good

Hart 18in lawnmower is surprisingly powerful. I was pleased with the ability to cut thru thick grass.

I am now on my 2nd Hart lawn tool issue! I ran into a Hart rep at a Walmart one day. He convinced me to try their products and given I was in market for lawn tools, I decided to try them out. Not long ago, after 3 uses, the hedge trimmer I bought just flat died. After taking videos to prove it wasnt running, Hart sent me a new one. Great.
Now this week, my Hart string trimmer has met the same fate. It just died for no apparent reason. After 2 days of trying to call to no avail, someone finally called me back. Even though its still well within warranty, the lady at Hart said the only option was to take it to a repair shop. Theres not one anywhere near me. She said I could ship it to them for repair...at my expense! I asked her why they cant just replace it like my last dead Hart tool, and she said thats not an option. You dont tell customers that convenience isnt an option first of all! Since this is the second tool in a year to just die, its cheaper to just trash all Hart products I have and buy different brands. I should have know being a Walmart endorced product. Hart better figure something out or they will lose all of their customers.

Warranty repair is a complete joke. Customer service never answers phone after 45 minutes. They did call back but never solve the problem. When transferred your call goes back to original que. Appears to be intentional so they can kick the problem down the road in the hope that you'll give up. Service center not equipped to deal with repairs. Never will I buy another Hart tool.

I was so excited to buy and use my Brand new Hart Chainsaw it is absolutely the best it is a must have

Bought the trimmer and the 40V blower and love it, battery stays charged, and it has the power I was looking for. Vert pleased with these products.

the lopper is easy to use and works well.

I purchased the Hart power stick to replace the gas motor stick I had for all of my yard tools. I have had it for two days and it does a great job. Plenty of power to run the edger, blower, string trimmer etc. Only takes one hour for the 40 volt battery to fully recharge. In the meantime I cut the grass and finish up after the mowing. Quiet running but I still wore the ear protection since i was "use to it". Make sure to wear the eye protection as well for the other tools.

I purchased the weed whacker. The battery powered .. it is the best tool.
It is lightweight and easy for me to use. Made.me want to go buy the battery powered lawn mower this summer

Product is easy to put together .very quiet, and works great. The weight of the tools are so light, easy on the arms and shoulders and backs.

I bought four batteries and they only wrkd not even a month and Wal mart won't take them back, my air pump does not work my saw went to crap and that's after I bought a fifth battery

The price of the product

Bought new Hart batteries for replacements and charger would not charge them.
Had to jump start them for a few seconds with a power supply, then charger would work. Was told they were too low for the regular charger to even start charging.

i brought a 20v string trimmer and the battery only laasts 15 minutes . not worth the money
