I had the sales team, from your company, Andre Marin and Tasha,, these young men were awesome,, their sales pitch is To be commended. The were respectful, and very knowledgeable of the product . , as well S convincing

The installers were , also very good, it was done in a few hours , they explained how the thermostat and system worked.. so to say they were all very professional

We bought a heat pump in July and, overall, had a positive experience.

We were very happy with the installation team, who was professional, friendly, and hard-working; we are also satisfied with the quality of the appliance. It did an amazing job cooling our house, and, so far this fall, has warmed up the house effectively.

However, we were unhappy with the rebate promises. Before our purchase, the salesman told us that our appliance was eligible for a rebate and that he would help us with the application, but after we had paid and had the appliance installed, he said that they had changed the rebate program and the appliance was no longer eligible. We understand that rebate programs change, but if the rebate was no longer available, he should have told us at the time. We may have still bought the appliance, but we would not have felt misled.

All in all, we are satisfied with the installation and the product, but would have appreciated more honest communication about the rebates.

The technicians Tristan and Matt were very informative with what they were doing. The apprentice Matt seemed to be very knowledgeable on everything he was conversing to my husband and myself. Whatever Matt did not say, Tristan filled in. Both of these gentlemen were very polite and helpful in any of our concerns. We would definitely recommend this company, as their staff are easy to communicate with and don`t try to take advantage of seniors. We are very pleased with the end results. Thank you Tristan and Matt for a job well done.

Just received a probable scam call from someone saying they were from Harry's Home Comfort. They wanted to talk to me about the warranty on my furnance, and claimed they were following up on an energy survey.

Call them up, someone declined to satate their name said they do make calls but "typically not with a cold call". We're on the DNC list, so their scum-bag activity is criminal - like, against the law.

The customer service team was prompt in answering my inquiries and scheduling a consultation. The technician was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me understand the various options available. On the installation day, the crew arrived right on time and worked efficiently without disrupting my day. They explained everything they were doing and ensured I understood how to use the new system. Now that it’s installed, my home feels incredibly comfortable, and I’ve noticed a significant reduction in noise compared to my old unit.

The whole process was smooth and quick. I love my new heat pump. Price was much better than other quotes I got for the same heat pump install. I couldn’t be happier

Sadly as I live in Renfrew Ontario my service call was close to $500. The charge for $222. for travelling was not explained to me in advance! Why sell a heat pump to a resident where there are no technicians nearby! I’m a very low income senior dealing with breast cancer! I feel pressured into buying this heat pump when realistically I cannot afford it! Clearly I was suffering from chemo brain!
I want the transportation cost removed from my bill and a refund!

Came to my hone one day wanted to install the next day, scribbled estimates on a piece of paper which they then considered a contract. Did not even say what I was getting, the breakdown of costs for the unit, labour etc. Was not given the ten days to think it over they wanted to rush to put it in so I could not change my mind.

I had moved into an older apartment, which tragically had hardware that likely dated back to before I was even born. Luckily, it was easy and painless to schedule an appointment with Staten Island Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning (wow that was a mouthful). He arrived on time in a bright and cheery mood first thing in the morning. He had explained that with older faucets like mine, you had to be very careful or the whole building could lose water, good thing He is a professional. He even went out of his way to pick up extra parts at the hardware store. Within 30 minutes, he had installed two faucets, one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen. LOOK HOW SHINY THEY ARE! I am beyond pleased with the quick and efficient service. Highly recommend for your next faucet installation!

Ross gave me a very reasonable quote after a week my new AC and furnace were installed by 2 very professional and punctual guys. Very good service and I recommend this company.

Called them about replacing my older furnace. They answered quickly, got a sales rep here within a few days, and the install shortly after. Everyone was great to deal with and I'd work with them again!

I called them last week to come check out my furnace that wasn’t working. After discussing with the sales rep (who was extremely helpful) we decided replacing was our best choice. The techs were on time and great to deal with. We’re happy with our choice!
