Jamie Rumble couldn’t have been more helpful in dealing with my claim through Harris Fowler solicitors.

She made a difficult process, progress really well, explaining all the necessary steps and documentation.

I was really pleased with the outcome after my accident and can’t thank her enough.

My case was successful without the need for a court hearing, as an acceptable settlement was reached with the defendant. The Harris Fowler representatives were all very helpful and the ongoing communication throughout the process was very good.

I have just had a medical negligence claim successfully settled. Harris Fowler have been impeccable at keeping me updated at every stage and provided support and advice throughout the process. They have worked hard through what has been a very difficult and lengthy process, I would recommend them and would use them again if required.

I honestly don’t know where to start, thank you just doesn’t seem enough. I’ve seen a couple of comments saying that Harris Fowler only take on easy cases but from my experience this is not true. After suffering from an accident in 2021 and submitting a claim in 2023 it’s been nothing but easy. I am so happy it has finally come to an end now.

Unfortunately I have had some horrible allegations made against myself from the defendant but I always felt fully supported during the process. Originally I started with a different solicitor but ended up in the capable hands of Kamvita and she has truly been amazing. Like I said earlier thank you doesn’t seem enough. At times Kamvita often felt more like a therapist as the support she provided was that great. She always listened to me even during the times I cried. She worked so hard from start to end and finally reaching a settlement after having to attend court as the defendant refused to try to work the situation out between ourselves. Even during the times I wanted to give up I was given advice and support and I’m so happy I had Kamvita on my side as I kept fighting during such a stressful time.

I am so incredibly grateful as I try to continue to get on with my life and I will never forget the way I was supported during this process.

I contacted Harris Fowler after a painful injury sustained at work. The company worked impressively on my behalf, setting up medical appointments and keeping me well informed. It wasn’t an overnight process (nearly two years) but I felt they were thorough and pushed for the best outcome.

The expertise of Chandni Patel who took over my case more latterly was particularly impressive. As well as emailing, we spoke a few times. She was very personable and clearly knew the best approach for my case. She helped me receive a much higher payment than I’d originally expected, and her fresh energy seemed to accelerate things noticeably.

The fee was 25% which felt reasonable considering the amount of correspondence and work undertaken on my behalf.

I hope not to need their services again, but would choose them again if required. I also wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

The team has been very knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process, and I’ve especially appreciated how well they’ve kept me informed and up to date.
The only small issue I had was during the transition between lawyers. My case was reassigned due to its higher value, and there was a period of silence that made me a bit uneasy. However, things picked up again and I’ve felt confident in their handling of my case.

I had a serious accident that turned my life completely upside down that wasn’t my fault in April 2023 where I had multiple fractures falling from a mezzanine floor which left me unable to fend for myself and still to this day, unable to get back to 100%.
I was admitted to hospital which the doctor said I was lucky to be alive after falling from the height that I did onto concrete floor.
I was hospitalised for 12 days and bed ridden for over 6 months from my injuries and also suffered from anxiety and depression because of the accident.
