I purchased a sweater which they won’t allow me to return. They offered me “free exchange” if I paid $37 for shipping. Still trying to understand how it’s free. This place is a scam. The sweater looks nothing like the picture and I doubt I’ll ever get my money back.

Such crap. Initial purchase was poorly made and sizing really skewed. No refund. Additional charge for “free” replacement that fell apart whe. I tried it on; seam literally unraveled. Shane on them and on me for not doing my homework first.

Horrible. Was sent an item that was very poor quality and didn’t look like the photo at all. They wanted me to pay to return to China! They ended up refunding me 10% of what I paid. I’ll never wear the top! Beware!!

Everything about this company is cheap. From the material used, to the quality of the customer service and how they stand, or rather, do not seem and behind their products. The clothing is overpriced for the quality of material used and when asking for a refund, they offer 10%. I bought 5 things and not one of them would I rebuy or have bought if I saw the quality in person. It’s a ripoff, be warned! I shopped Commense, and they not only have quality clothing but honor returns and show accountability for their products.

Sweaters run small. Needing to send back for refund and can’t get them to give me a return label. They want pictures of the sweaters and specifically wear they don’t fit! Too small means too small! Hoping for a return label and refund. I’ll never purchase again.

The sweater I ordered looked beautiful online but when I received it the material was this hard polyester. I couldn’t get it over my head as it was too small (and hard) so I reached out to them to ask if I could exchange it. They replied that I had to send pictures of it as well as the size tag. There was not one tag inside the whole sweater. After I sent them the pictures and explained there was no size tag, they told me to keep the sweater and for $18.31 I could order anything on their website for the same value. Really? The sweater was garbage (and not cheap…I think it was $50) and I am going to spend more money to get more garbage. Should have read the reviews prior. Shame on me.

Do not purchase. I bought it off instagram, now can’t open their website and can’t return. They don’t honor their return policy business is a fraud.

This company is a complete scam. AI generated pictures at their best and the product is horrible quality. Think fishing wire sweaters. Waiting for the address to send product back and get refund and they are literally bartering with me to choose another item from them. Never again.

Do not order anything from them. They do not honor their return policy. They are making me jump through hoops (sending photos of the garments in question) then just offering a replacement for an extra $40 when I just don’t want the item.

Sweater included no fabric content labels. It was extremely uncomfortable. When contacted about a return authorization, the company wanted multiple photos and then seeing it was in perfect condition, wanted me to just choose a replacement from their site, not retun original and pay for shipping replacement item. Total sham operation.

Total ripoff! Sweater might fit a child…lesson learned.

Do not purchase from the company. They say they have a return policy but they wouldn't do a return and offered 15% back and some silly different options.

Not a legit Chicago company as the site implies. The item is coming straight from China much later than expected. I’ll add to this review when I see what actually arrives.
