Harper lane melbourne is a scam. A cheap knock off Chinese company supplying poor quality inferior products that are nothing like their advertised product. Returns are a nightmare, initially offering g a 10% refund to keep the items raising it to 20, then 30%. They don't want their rubbish back either. Buyer beware. Steer clear of this one

This is absolute nonsense! DO NOT buy from Harper and Lily. Shipping took 2 weeks from time of order. I ordered 2 pairs of sandals for $95 dollars. They were not as described. Very cheap and flimsy and smelled of chemicals upon opening the packages. The return process is absurd. Emails back and forth offering everything but a full refund trying to get you to keep the product with a 15%or 30% refund, unless you ship back to some drop box shipping address in Norway! I will be reporting to my Credit card company and the BBB. Buyer beware! *** edit*** Harper and Lilly is the SAME as HarperandLane. They have the same return policies to an international shipping address and they sell the EXACT same cheap clothing on both websites.

Harper and Lane does not stand behind their products - once you purchase something, consider it yours. They do not want their product any more than you will. Their products are cheap. You can return, but beware - you will pay their fees which is more than double than the Postal Service.

Avoid this Company!
My experience with this company (Haper & Lane) was extremely disappointing. The issues are too extensive to fully detail here, but I strongly recommend avoiding them. This is actually the first review I’ve ever felt compelled to leave, which should say a lot about how dissatisfied I am. Unfortunately, the problems went far beyond poor customer service — the quality of their work/products was far below acceptable standards.

I've purchased this blouse before and I loved it so much I wanted two more. I ordered size small, as I previously did. The Blue and White blouse fit well, but the multi-colored one was much larger and with a boxier fit more like a Medium.
