My first experience with Harlow & Ivy was excellent right away. Fast delivery and beautifully packaged — it feels like a little gift to yourself. The fit is great and you immediately feel the quality. Now after washing it several times the quality is still lovely and it barely shrinks at all. All in all a great experience that will definitely be followed by more orders.

Over a longer period I've ordered several dresses and my experience with Harlow & Ivy has been perfect. Delivery is fast and the quality of the products is excellent. Recently had an issue with incorrect sizing due to a production error but customer service picked it up straight away and sorted it out!
Besides beautiful clothing they have incredible customer service, you really don't come across that much anymore these days. I ordered a lovely quality dress and received it quickly, but unfortunately there was a small production defect, a tiny hole. I contacted customer service and got a fast response and an apology. They offered me several options including a refund, store credit, or a new dress — all without having to send the original back. Now that's what I call customer service, that's how you build customer loyalty! Top clothing and top company Harlow & Ivy!!
