Been a client of Harley Street Hearing for many years. As a hearing aid user with significant hearing loss, I wouldn’t contemplate going anywhere else - your hearing is precious.
Had my annual check up today, micro suction on both ears, comprehensive hearing tests and arrangements made to trial new hearing aids. The usual highly professional & caring service & treatment from Fiona.

I have been struggling with my hearing tech set ups for many years. I felt wary about travelling for this essential care but after my appointment with Matthew, can only say I wish I had done it sooner. It was everything I hoped it would be and I am now truly excited to continue my care with Harley St Hearing.

I've seen three audiologists at Harley Street Hearing over the past two months for help adjusting to new custom hearing aids. The difference in quality of service has been striking, and not in a good way.

Zachary Stupple was by far the best experience.
He listened properly, explained things clearly, and actually sorted out the issues I came in with. But what stood out most was that he was proactive: he didn't just respond to my questions, he anticipated what needed addressing and got on with it. He genuinely cared about getting it right. A very different experience from my previous appointments.

Harley Street Hearing positions itself as a premium independent clinic, and the facilities and costs reflect that. But the quality of advice, guidance, and aftercare depends entirely on which audiologist you see. In my experience so far, it has been very variable and not consistent.

I'm glad I found someone in Zachary who puts the patient first.

I just wish the standard had been that high from the start.

First appointment and very impressed. Full explanation of everything associated with hearing loss and the actual hearing test was after physical examination of the ear and the explanation. All options were discussed in a frank and direct manner and I left feeling that I can trust them completely.

I found the first time visit really pleasing. The venue was nothing like I have been in before. Audiologist was very reassuring and anyone suffering from anxiety would easily overcome this.

After waiting 2 years for a new referral from my GP out of desperation I googled and luckily for me Harley Street Hearing was the only clinic available today.
At the reception I met staff with genuine welcoming smiles. Then I was greeted by clinician MA who immediately put me at ease. Before beginning suction he asked questions and listened. The procedure was very quick and painfree. After I agreed to a hearing test and was grateful for the suggestion as it was very informative.

The audiologist, Emer, was very thorough, achieved an excellent result with my ear wax removal and had a very good “bedside manner”. She explained everything, answered all my questions and put me at my ease for the procedure.

I met the YouTube hearing sensation, Matthew Allsop, today. He carried out a remarkably thorough and fascinating review of my hearing and adjusted my hearing aids with new ear tips and updated programming.

I now properly understand how my hearing aids work, and although I haven’t yet tested them in a packed pub, I can already notice a significant improvement in how they perform.

I’m absolutely delighted that I chose Harley Street Hearing — and Matthew in particular.
