Will never use this company again
Will never use this company again. My knee sleeve that were purchased in March and have barely been used are all fraying at the top, which under the consumer act are classed as faulty, But there customer service manager who is the most patronising person I have dealt with for a long time says that’s not affecting the performance he will not exchange. Be wary if you are buying as if something is wrong you won’t get an exchange or a refund from this company. Buyer be wary.

Thank you for your review, Michelle, although I'm sorry it follows an outcome you disagree with. Because your review makes claims about how this was handled, I'd like to set out the facts for anyone reading.
You first contacted us on 30 July and received a reply within three hours. Over the following two weeks we responded to every message you sent, and your photographs were reviewed carefully on several occasions.
Your sleeves were well within their warranty period, so nothing here was declined on a technicality or a time limit. The claim was assessed on the condition of the product alone. The photographs showed some loose fibres at the top edge, with the stitching intact, no separation of the seam, no failure of the neoprene, and no loss of compression or support. That is cosmetic wear rather than a manufacturing defect, and the consumer legislation you've referenced applies where a genuine defect exists. In this case, after repeated review, one does not.
We also left the claim open rather than closing it. If the wear ever develops into a structural issue, we will happily reassess it with updated photos, and that offer still stands today. You were offered an escalation to the company owner as well, with the same evidence passed on in full.
We exchange and replace faulty products every week, and our reviews reflect that. What we can't do is describe cosmetic wear as a fault, because assessing every claim honestly and by the same standard is what keeps things fair for all of our customers.

The best equipment in the game
I’ve been training for years now but hardbody has taken my strength to a new level. Since purchasing the strength stack and lifting straps my deadlift has increased by 30kg, my bench press but 10kg and squat by 20kg.
The belts are unmatched in quality and look insane as well.
The lifting straps are comfortable and durable to handle the heavy lifts.
If you’re looking for premium equipment to help beat the plateaus in the gym then hardbody is the right choice

Purchased the hardbody knee sleeves 7mm classic red and I cousin fault them one bit 100% recommend them. I am very impressed with the quality they were tough to get on brand new but after a few times it’s easier. Amazing knee support feel amazing!

Before u made my purchase I heard great things about HB equipment, I bought knee sleeves for squatting and oh my what a difference. I ended up purchasing a belt , wrist wraps and lifting straps to complete the look.
Squats improved so much with the belt and sleeves.
I ended up purchasing a pair of elbow sleeves and again what a huge difference they made to my bench and OHP!
Getting a little warn now though!
Top quality equipment and I ALWAYS recommend.

Sizing is accurate and fits snuggly ( very taxing to get off after a leg session and they're pumped TF)
The sleeves offer plenty of support without being overly tight or restrictive and boy do they keep the knee warm .
7mm sleeves are perfect for heavy squatting, leg extensions and even some circuits if you fancy using for that although the thinner ones would be better for cardio/ circuits

I’ve been using hardbody for a while…
I’ve been using hardbody for a while now and honestly can’t fault them at all
After using a variety of their products such as: the knee sleeves, wrist wraps, lever belt and both the original and premium wrist straps it’s safe to say I wouldn’t look elsewhere for kit that provides that premium stability and look without breaking your bank. For me specifically the original lifting straps are my favourite item from them as it provides a comfortable padding around the wrist preventing any wrist pain or even damage through a set which I’ve had using other brands, a rubber grip to help improve your hold on things such as barbell work like an RDL. Mine went up 55kilo in 2 months with these!
I’ve also bought some of their clothing, such as the strength club shirt and the established shorts and as per, quality is unmatched, it’s as if they’ve mastered their trades in both the kit and apparel world.
Another thing that really stands out is their attention to detail, like I’ve said I’ve ordered countless time from these guys and every time without fail they’ve provided high-quality stickers, I use these to either decorate my Mac or sticker bomb my bottles and they provide great, professional looking mesh bags for you to store your kit and keep your gym bag tidy.
As far as delivery goes, it’s as you’d expect, my parcels tend to arrive in 2-3 working day which for me is no complaint!
It’s clear hardbody put a lot of thought and care into their products and the overall experience from ordering the item to actually applying and using them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who’s actually serious about lifting and wanting to hold themselves accountable to their own progress. Will without doubt be buying from them again!

Started struggling with knee pain a few…
Started struggling with knee pain a few weeks ago so invested in the HB knee sleeves. Genuinely so impressed, have noticed a significant difference since and am able to squat pain free. Also purchased the lifting straps which are great to relieve pressure from your wrists and improve grip. Will be purchasing more from here on the future!
