I ordered Gisella Violetto top and Rose Violetto bottoms and I could not be happier! Beautiful design, divine colour and absolutely superb craftsmanship. I followed their size chart and my bikini fits like a glove. I'm 170cm tall, bust 92cm, waist 65cm, hips 100 and size M was perfect fit. Beautifully packed, my order was dispatched and delivered to Australia within few days. To all the people complaining and expressing disappointment that company is based in Slovenia, please understand that world does not revolve around US and its citizens. It is your responsibility to make sure you have all the relevant info before you place an order. Hard Swimwear is high quality brand and swimsuit that I ordered is worth every cent. I will definitely place another order while Christmas sale is on.

I bougth a beautiful polka dots swimsuit over a month ago. I received it within 3 days and everything was perfect,really good quality, quick delivery etc...but did not fit.
I sent around 10 emails and messages trying to exchange the items but they responded late and with 2 different adreess and never came back with a confirmed one so at the end I was unable to send anything back... last week they finally fixed the issue and sent me an exchage... no it is not a scam but you will struggle a lot if it does not fit you

Hard Swimwear was very accommodating with my needs when it came to exchanging my bikini for a different size. They offer flattering colors with high quality material. Would highly recommend this brand

Products arrived extremely fast and seemed to be pretty good material. I ended up not liking the color on me and wanted to return for that reason and also the bottoms are extremely low and that’s the only option. I wish I had read their return policy because it’s only for store credit and I’d prefer to spend my money on a swimsuit bottom that’s a little higher rise/more coverage. Now I’m reading other reviews and wondering if I want to return for $65 more only to have store credit. I’m definitely bummed about it but they do quickly ship like I said so I’ll give them that! The quality also looked nice.

The style is really cute and I love the fabric, but if you're bustier (I'm a 34DD), the top doesn't offer much support. Might be better for smaller chests. Return process was easy though.

DO NOT BUY IT !!! This is not an USA company therefore, extremely difficult for return/exchange items. I sent the email for return just to find out they are in Slovenia! Lesson learned, as I didn't search for reviews before I spend my money. Very disappointed!

Just an awful customer service, after 5 emails with no answer, after they did answer on the 6th, I realized I'm now stuck with 3 swimsuits that don't fit me as the cost of shipping it back to Slovenia is greater than the swimsuits themselves. I'm going to file a complaint with BBB and dispute with my credit card. Good Luck!

They are located in Slovenia , so it is not even usa company so they don’t have any laws .

I’ve already ordered a second set in a different color because I loved the first one so much. Can't wait to wear them. Suits are truly high quality and fit great

None of the items fitted - sizing was not accurate. Also they refuse to give you anything but store credit for returns. They are not responding to emails.

Lots of things made it great. First, the online chat feature-very responsive there, and they’ll email you a copy of their reply so you don’t have to sit there with the window open waiting for them to get back to you. Both times I got a response within an hour. Second, fast shipping. Took about 2-3 business days from ordering to be processed, but then it arrived in a couple of days after it posted. They ship out of Europe; I’m in the US. They confirmed ahead that there is no tariff when I inquired, and in addition to that, they’ve just opened a return center in TX so had I needed to exchange, that would have made things much easier. The bikinis are beautiful. They are exactly as depicted online. And I have NEVER had a balconette style bikini top fit right in the past. I like the styles on model but then I’ll order and it’s got weird underwire shapes or just doesn’t provide lift…NOT THIS BRAND! It fits perfectly, it actually lifts. The girls look so good. And the wide set straps feel like they’ll stay in place, no slipping down. The triangle style one I ordered was equally beautiful. Bottoms fit exactly as expected. I ordered my usual sizes (M for tops, S for bottoms, I’m around 32D/35-36” bust, 25” waist, 34” at hip bone, 36.5” at the fullest part) I will definitely be ordering again from them and already recommending to a friend who is equally swimwear loving.

Poor customer service. I reached out with a sizing concern and never received a response. Also, the swimwear is see-through when wet—not what I expected, poor material.

Very cheap materials, low quality, the swimwear doesn’t even come with protective liners, the sizing is incorrect and I returned some items 3 months ago and customer service hasn’t responded to my emails. I wonder if their address even exists.
Terrible experience! Don’t buy!

BEWARE - the quality of the bikini was awful, there isn’t even a tag on the product nor a hygienic label when it arrives. Super small, not well made in terms of cut or material - the fit is awful. Oh and they refuse to offer refunds.

0 response from their customer service if you put in an inquiry on their website. I ordered over $200 worth of swimsuits from them and it never came. Reached out to them on their website, they responded a month later giving me a vague and unhelpful response. They blamed it on the carrier, and the carrier blamed it on them. So frustrating, I tried for a month to get a helpful response through their Instagram, email, etc. I never received any sort of compensation. They weren't even apologetic about it. They didn't want to take accountability for lost packages or unhappy customers. I am not the only one who has had this experience. Order if you want, their stuff looks nice but AT YOUR OWN RISK. Not reliable whatsoever if anything goes wrong with your order.
