We have used Happy Heat as sub contractors for a few years now and they have always been reliable and quality of work is excellent.

I understand this review is B2B but none the less very good company to work with.

Martin arrived on time did a boiler service, replaced gas pipework for new hob and issued a gas safety certificate. Work done in a reliable tidy fashion and reasonably priced. Will use again.

I can highly recommend Happy Heat they installed my new boiler very clean efficient workers. I would be using them again for any further repairs

Huge shoutout to Happy Heat for saving the day (and my sanity)! 🔥 They came out today to fit a brand new boiler and thermostat, and honestly… I’m almost excited for cold weather now. Almost. 😄

From start to finish, the service was spot on — friendly, professional, and no messing around. They explained everything in plain English (no confusing jargon), worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy. Bonus points for being genuinely lovely people too!

The new setup is working perfectly, and I can already tell it’s going to make a big difference. Warm house, happy me!

If I could give 6 stars I would. Amazing service, Lauren had attended my house before for a quick job but this time when my water went cold at 8am, she was round within 2 hours. She gave me all the options and her honest recommendations, ended up getting a new boiler and best price I could find, including the high tech Hive installation and this power couple came bright and early, service with a smile, talked me through everything and didn't even know my house could be this warm and I'd been suffering and running up my bills for years. Can't recommend enough!

My elderly mother had a huge problem with her combi boiler on a Sunday evening leaving her with no hot water I called the company that evening and they answered the phone straight away.They came out early the next morning .Lauren who came out fixed the problem and went out of her way phoning around suppliers to pick up another part that we didn't expect that was needed and came straight back.As she new my elderley mother couldn't be without hot water.I felt she went above and beyond to make sure my mother had the hot water she needed.Besides being reassuring and professional their rates are very reasonable,I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend Happy Heat to anyone

I got several quotes for the job. Happy Heat were considerably cheaper than the others. I took a chance and it paid off.
Martin was very professional and efficient. He showed me another problem I had indirectly with the job. He repaired this at no extra cost.
