De omgeving van Billerbeck is heel geschikt voor een fietsvakantie. Hierbij was de meegeleverde fietspad een meerwaarde. De kamer in het hotel was OK, het ontbijt was eerder eenvoudig maar goed, het lunchpakket was eerder matig. Een minpunt van het hotel is wel dat er geen zitruimte/bar is om s'avonds in gezelschap te zitten en iets te drinken.

Everything was good except the last hotel. The people working there was very nice but the room and the breakfast was not as good as at the other hotel.

A seguito di un incidente piuttosto serio e a fronte di diverse richieste di assistenza non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta. Non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta nemmeno alle mail inviate. Una stella è regalata.

We did the Groningen and Friesland Culinary Tour - 4 days.
Communication from Happy Cycling Holidays was timely and helpful right from the initial contact we made to book our tour.
They organised extra hotel stays at either end of the tour which was very helpful.
All the hotels and restaurants we were booked into on the tour were excellent and exceeded our expectations.
At one restaurant there was a small mix up with the charge for the meal but Happy Cycling Holidays sorted it out immediately.
Very happy with their customer service at all stages of the booking and tour.
All in all, our cycle tour was all we had hoped for, and more!
Based on our experience I definitely recommend Happy Cycling Holidays and we will use them next time we do a tour.

Very good organization we recomend this tour for beautiful landscape, places/town to visit and the atmosphere. Bikes ok no trouble at all and well equipped.
We are programming to do the rest of the tour from Vienna to Budapest.

We recently completed a cycling holiday from Passau to Vienna with happycyclingholiday.com
The holiday was booked 3 days in advance after our original holiday (with another operator) was cancelled at the last minute due to low water levels.
They were extremely efficient and helpful throughout the booking process. The holiday was arranged and confirmed within 36 hours of booking.
We enjoyed the entire trip immensely, even with the stress of booking with such short notice. We received all information in time and had all our booklets with the app, bike bookings, maps and hotel bookings info quickly and we're never left wondering what the plan was.
Every hotel was lovely with friendly staff and excellent breakfasts.
We had a minor issue with the bikes at the start but was sorted right away.
We had a fantastic holiday from start to finish and would definitely be happy to book another trip in the future.

Great experience! it was our first bike tour ever and we would love to do it again! the team of Happy Cycling is very nice and ready to help, if needed. Accomodations were very nice and the app with our itinerary was very clear and worked perfectly. Highly reccomanded!!

Great route and wonderful countryside
I loved this. I cycled this myself and having never been to the Netherlands before, I loved the country. The hotels were generally good, but I especially liked Almen.

I chose a circular route so I could get there by car.
I rode my mountain bike with semi‑slick tires because most of the route was paved.
Everything was well organized; all I had to do was pedal. Even the weather cooperated — not too hot, not too cold, and I didn’t need a rain jacket.
My suitcase was always waiting for me at the destination.
The landscape is beautiful, with broom shrubs everywhere, olive groves, and vineyards. The roads have very little traffic.
On the day planned for sightseeing in Florence, I visited the Uffizi, Pitti Palace, and the Accademia.
The only thing I didn’t like was the color of the Arno River :-)

Happy cycling was amazing in communicating with us to arrange the perfect tour, even on short notice they were very accommodating.The hotels was perfect,the breakfast fantastic,their app was easy to use. A tip, bring a phone holder to fit the bike!!
We had smiles on our faces the minute we stepped on our ebikes. Riding through the countryside.! We did the tour from Assen.

Reiseunterlagen, insbesondere bei Radroute "Ijssl und Vecht", unzureichend. Fähren müssen bei Radroute "Watteninseln" selbst organisiert und bezahlt werden. Bei Buchung kein Hinweis, dass sonntags keine Fähren fahren. Hotels teilweise mäßig. Preis vs. Leistung scheint nicht ausgewogen. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich.
