I wish there was more interaction/instructions available for some unanswered questions. Timely completion.

The process was fast and I didn’t have to submit tons of documents in order to get approved. They set up an Autopay for me using Plaid but used the wrong account number but a quick call and the problem was resolved. The Customer Service Representative That I worked with was SUPER and stayed with me the entire process to get corrected account number in system. He also helped to change my due date and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Lending Club to a friend.

I was very happy they went the extra mile to get me approved for a much needed loan at a great monthly payment. The only issue I had was that they sent $2650 of it to my Capital One credit card and not my checking account as I requested.
