After coming off hormonal contraceptive I was hopeful that the improvements to barrier methods made them a viable choice for me. The regular size didn't cause me any irritation which was fantastic but were the incorrect choice for my partner. I thought the large size would be perfect however have since found out they're 'clean' scented, marketing jargon that downplays an ingredient choice that causes irritation and pain making them functionally useless for me.

I just emailed Hanx to ask when their lube will be available in the US (and got the quickest & cutest response, btw), because their condoms are my favorite out of the 9 brands I’ve tried with my husband in my search for the best nontoxic, eco-friendly, and cost-effective condoms!
((I’ve only tried a few brands of lube, and I have one I don’t mind, but haven’t found a favorite yet. Hoping I’ll be able to try the Hanx one soon!))

Reasons Hanx condoms are my #1:
• Favorite most gorgeous packaging both inside and out is honestly what puts them over the top for me—totally fits my aesthetic, which shouldn’t matter with a condom, but it really does, doesn’t it? I’m not scared of them like mainstream brands lol and they’re cute enough to display in my lil sex box 👀 and of course this goes along with their whole platform & brand, empowering women to be able to be in control of this type of thing and feeling like we have options that are actually appealing and safe for us! Go team :)
• Top 2 in terms of feeling— there were multiple of the brands we tried where either they felt super thick or they were just tight enough that they ended up getting stuck in me and coming off haha, but none of that with Hanx! (Royal brand was the other of the top 2, but I like Hanx better overall.)
Never had any breaking or ripping with any condoms, Hanx included.
• They’re a little pricier in smaller quantities, but they do offer a discount with a subscription, and I’m excited to get them in bulk now that I’ve tried them because they are a bit cheaper that way.

So I’ll keep coming back to Hanx as my number 1! So excited to have finally found my go-to after a long time of searching :)

I wanted to love Hanx. I bought a 3-pack of condoms from my local Tesco and they were just right.

So I decided to order a whole loaf more direct from their website: 3 boxes of ten.

But guess what? They don’t fit. Way too tight. This was particularly frustrating to discover at the point of use, when no alternative was readily available!

I kept the packaging from the earlier pack of 3 and the strangest thing was, they were supposedly a SMALLER nominal size (52mm vs 53mm for the non-fitting ones).

Something is clearly wrong here. I’m frustrated by my poor experience, mystified by the inconsistency, and frankly no longer trust this product. Buy elsewhere.

Hanx condoms and lube are great products, the customer service is brilliant and the information and advice they put out on social media is interesting and useful. All round Hanx are a great company.

Ordered in June, no response to emails. Item still not received. Shipping date just keeps changing. Poor service all round

Paid £20 for a order that's not arrived. Refusing to give refund after asking twice. Just getting the "we've had some difficulty with one of our products and it'll be next month" been waiting since may. Terrible customer service. Don't reccomend at all.

I've been a regular buyer of HANX condoms for the last year and I've loved them, so I was excited when they launched their new toy 'Cindy' - let me tell you, she did not disappoint!

Discreet, powerful and lots of fun...I would highly recommend buying one for yourself, or as a present for a partner.

Item still not received and no customer service to contact to chase!

Ordered 4th June. Received an email on 15th June informing me that they had no stock! Supposed to be expecting more stock mid June and that my order should be arriving with me in another month's time. Still waiting. Not the best first experience of Hanx so far.

Love dealing with HANX they are really honest decent company very informative about their products and very helpful I will be buying from them again.

Great range of products, well priced, Excel customer service, there's nothing not to love!

Ordered in May, not received product

Asking for a review when the item hadn’t even arrived ! It’s been weeks since I ordered.

Had a subscription from HANX before moving from the UK, and it always arrived on time as expected. And the products are good, it was nice to be able to find a vegan brand of condoms.

Fantastic fit, fantastic feel and fantastic service! Easily the best brand around for safe sex and have changed my sex life so much for the better!

It’s taking forever for the order to come through and no regular updates if it’s still going to arrive when stated. First order as well

Continue to be impressed by Hanx - both the ethos and the product. Would recommend
