I have absolutely nothing negative to say. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, everything was perfect. Onur was absolutely phenomenal. He awaited me at the hospital and gave me so much information regarding everything and I cannot thank him enough. Dr Hanifi was extremely professional and answered every single one of my concerns, assuring me and keeping me confident in my decisions. The care I received from the doctors and nurses was impeccable. They genuinely went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. Surgery wise, there were no complications and everything ran smoothly. Minimal scarring as well.

Thank you so much to the team and I cannot express my appreciation and gratitude enough. Definitely would recommend to anyone and I plan to.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic as well. The accommodations were incredibly cozy, and in close proximity to the hotel, there were various malls and shopping centers for added convenience.

Delighted with the service of Onur and Daniela, they have resolved all my doubts and always gave me peace of mind with my doubts. I am super happy with the results of my operation. I have not felt any pain and in two months I have 23 kilos less. Dr. Hanifi was always attentive to the recovery, the Hospital was very clean, the nurses were very attentive, since I arrived in Turkey I felt well cared for, the hotel where I stayed Onur was very comfortable, I have definitely made the best choice for my operation, total thanks Onur, Daniela doctor Hanifi.

I was very pleasantly surprised with Viamedus'professionalism and care, my medical consultant Mr. Onur went to great lengths to make me feel welcome and comfortable upon arrival to Turkey and to the Medicine Hospital where the surgery was performed. Mr. Onur was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and even helped me locate my lost belongings during my stay in Istanbul. I am very satisfied with the gastric sleeve surgery so far, Dr. Hanifi Onalan was very caring before and after the surger; the surgery went very smoothly. With a BMI 52, morbid obesity is not a joke and needs to be treated with a stronger tool like 'gastric sleeve'. Dr Hanifi truly cares about the patient's safety and eliminates all risks during and after the surgery. So far, I have lost 16 kg post surgery (within almost 8 weeks). Old overeating habits have turned out to be very hard to beat at my end, but I hope that the excess weight will keep falling off with persistance. My walking ability has greatly improved, no more knee and hip pain. I am very grateful to Viamedus for all their support and care, and their surgery package price is right. I would highly recommend Viamedus for obesity treatment.

I could give 10 stars if it were possible the hospital was very clean. All stuff were very helpful and positive from the time I landed at the airport until my final departure. Everything was very smooth from the transfers to the hospital staff .i would like to give a special THANK YOU to Dr. Hanifi for great job done and constantly checking on me before and after operation to make sure I was ok . I would like to especially thank Onur who arranged everything from start to finish , answering all my queries , paying attention to details and assuring me which made me less nervous especially because I travelled from Canada alone with no companion. The most positive surgery/hospital experience I’ve ever had!
I just wanted to say a BIG thank you to Dr Hanifi, Onur and all the medical staff at Medical Hospital for all the help and support given to me during my gastric sleeve surgery. From the moment I messaged DR Hanifi on instagram and Onur’s instant and helpful replies, to the moment I arrived back to Australia, I feel like I was really looked after every step of the way. Gastric sleeve surgery was definitely the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make and you guys just made it so easy in the end. Dr Hanifi, Onur and all the medical staff definitely made the road to getting my life and health on track so simple and convenient. From all the messages and questions to transfers, to the amazing private hospital suite, to the nurses constantly checking in on me - I really felt like i was in really capable hands. My recovery has been good so far and I’m extremely happy with the amount of weight I’ve lost in just over 3 weeks (14 kgs). I already feel so light on my feet! Dr Hanifi was so lovely and ensured to check in on me everyday. He was so bubbly and kind which made me feel extremely relaxed. Since surgery I haven’t had any real pain around my stiches and they’re starting to heal over nicely. He’s got so much experience so I never doubted his skill and expertise for a second! The nurses were extremely attentive and efficient whenever I buzzed for them. And lastly, Onur was so understanding and helpful, going above and beyond not only for my surgery but also for my dental needs. I honestly don’t know how to thank Onur enough for everything. I came to viamedus from England for a gastric balloon. From start to finish onur has been brilliant! I asked a lot of questions and they were all answered promptly and without fuss! Onur was available at all times aswell! Even with the 3 hour time difference there was never a problem getting a response! He responded almost straight away! For someone like me who is always asking questions that was very good! He is ever so kind and helpful. All my messages and information was provided prior to my arrival. He called and we chatted and I asked questions that he answered. When I arrived the hotel that he had booked for me was beautiful. Transfers were reliable and cars were really nice inside. When I arrived at the hospital onur was there to greet me and he stayed with me throughout. I spoke to DR. Hanifi and he was also very kind and greeted me with friendliness. Which for me is nice for the nerves! Talking of nerves! They were settled straight away! The hospital is clean! Staff are accommodating! Dietician was very good at explaining everything to me about what to eat afterwards. I was giving the information I needed post procedure! Overall I was very well looked after! I would highly recommend the Medicine Hospital for gastric surgery. I have recently had my surgery which was organised through the co-ordinator (onur) :

I liaised with him and informed him of my past medical history and any mobility restrictions I had, this then allowed him pass this information onto the surgeon in order to assess and discuss if I was eligible for the surgery.
Dr Hanif ensured he was aware of my complete medical past and this included his surgical team. From start to finish I was catered for including surgery, hotel, transfers, medical treatment, a meeting with the dietician and the required protein shakes to bring back to the UK were all included in my package. However, as a nervous person there was something money couldn’t buy, their genuine care and concern for a patient. They were incredibly patient with me answering my questions and putting me at ease before and after my surgery. Their team including the nurses and dietician were amazing, they were available 24hrs day. This showed me top quality care. I would highly recommend this hospital and this team including Dr Hanif for the procedure.

I was gastric Botox surgery in August and now has passed 2 months from procedure and nothing has changed. My weight is still same. I ask clinic any solution for this but no answer from doctor. I has following meal plan and moving 10 K steps daily. I don’t know is there any Botox in my gastric. I don’t feel anything. I texted this 2 days after procedure and there no answer for me in clinic. Waist of money 😢

The service provided by Viamedus is an all inclusive service so you don’t have to think about hotel, transfers, blood test, pre-op scans etc, I have travelled alone, there is a lot of support at the hospital, also Onur is 24/7 available and he guided me in every step and checked that all is fine even after discharge. There is a team of professionals who will support you thru every phase of the surgery and recovery, from nurses to dietician, surgeon.
Dr Hanifi is a great surgeon, very knowleageble checking on myself constantly to make sure everithing goes as expected.

i had my Gastric Sleeve Opperation done by Dr Hanifi on Monday
the whole procedure was planned by onur we were met at the airport by driver taken to the hospital by the driver and Onur was there to greet us even though our plane was delayed by an hour
i was shown to my room where Onur explained the paperwork and it was signed
on Monday morning Onur stayed with me until i was ready for my procedure
Dr Hanifi came and introduced himself answering any questions he was very calm with a lovely smile
when i woke up after procedure i did have a little pain after opp but pain relief was given
on Tuesday I felt much better and was told to walk as soon as could which i did was discharged to hotel on Thursday where i felt so much better i had an appointment with dietitian who gave me so much information to hep me to follow the food plan and was given Protein drinks and medication and vitamins
on saturday i went for my final meeting with dr Hanifi
onur arranged all our transport to and from hospital and was there to greet us when we arrived and stayed until drive came to take us back to hotel
tomorrow we fly home and we have transport to the airport arranged brilliant service highly recommended Dr Hanifi for this procedure and the care given Thank you for the first step to my new life

Dr Hanifi is the best surgeon ever and not only but he’s also very caring, kind and always there when you need him.
Since my gastric sleeve operation, on the 18th February 2022 i have lost 52kg and that changed everything! The way I feel, eat, sleep, breathe etc. The daily and extremely excruciating back pain and head aches i have had before the operation are gone forever! I feel the best I have ever felt! Confidence is up to the sky :) No pain, side effects or any other problems at all. Also scars are barely visible.
If you think to have this done then look no further and come to Dr Hanifi. Highly recommend! This year I was back to Medicine Hospital for more plastic surgery :)

The reason this company is doing so well is because of the excellent consultancy created by Ece that girl is the whole reason I found this process so easy, I'm sure with everyone an experience like this creates some huge questions, I certainly had many and some were silly, but Ece made the whole experience a very enjoyable one. No matter when I contacted her she replied in a professional and extremely friendly way.
I'd have backed out if it wasn't for her support, Ece is a gem. From accommodation to transfers to support to anything I needed ❤️ a million thank yous to Ece.
This company is a wonderful mind easing service, my translator Onur was the perfect gentleman, my own bodyguard, lead me where I needed to be provided me with support when I became a bit nervous, and followed up with me to ensure I was doing OK afterwards as did Ece.
Dr Hanifi was welcoming and kind, his smile made me feel that I was in good hands. I could write pages on why I am glad that I did this but the main reason was for my self esteem, Ece your a superstar and I will think of you when I'm a professional model 🤣 I wish 🤞. 10/10 for customer service by all involved. I had a gastric sleeve done by Dr Hanifi Onalan 2 weeks ago, and 100% recommend him. I have already lost 24 pounds/10.9kg! Dr Hanifi is kind, caring, and very professional. I am very happy with my results and his continued support. There were small tweaks I found that they needed to improve at the hospital as I was not 100% satisfied, very clean but my room had issues and it was not resolved - no hot water or tea station was provided for my companion, luckily at Medicine hospital there was a cafe downstairs. I gave the feedback to Ece, the coordinator and Onur. Onur was helpful and they both get back to your questions straight away! Pain only lasted a day, after that I was perfect! One advice, WALK!

From start to finish nothing was to much trouble, Picked up from airport and taken straight to medicine hospital, met by Onur who then took us to our rooms, had all the necessary tests, next day straight down for gastric sleeve, everything went to the book, can’t fault Dr Hanifi, he is a lovely genuine man, after 4 days we were taken to the hotel, the only thing I can say did bother me was the way the transfer people drove, way to fast for me, but other than that everything was good.
