Twice I have contacted Handling. First to build me a bike last minute. Unfortunately I didn’t order as time wasn’t right. But very helpful. Second time I ordered a frame which arrived next day and is better than I expected. Great company with great customer service. Will use again. (When the wife allows)

The team at Handsling are so helpful when discussing what you want and how to customise the bike. They have been very helpful with aftersales queries too and the quality of the frame set is outstanding

I bought a five spoke carbon front wheel and rear carbon disc wheel. Paid for them on Monday and they were here on Thursday, really well parcelled up and protected.

Super helpful and promt dispatch and delivery

Constant delays and no one kept me up to date with it. I had to chase / ask to find out. The first sales rep I dealt with was the great but then it went down hill when I was passed around a few people. Even when I got the bike it was missing parts and even to this day I have not been sent all the parts I was told I would get. I still have the messages saying this but gave up asking. In addition I had to take the bike to a local store to be correctly built because it kept getting a loose headset while riding it. Headset kept coming loose no matter what I did. it felt like Handsling implied it was my incompetence but when it went into a local store it was corrected it and told it was missed headset spacers so it would never tighten as it was from the factory. Handsling did pay for the invoice for that repair though, and I am grateful for that.
But still missing bits I should have got which is not great and the arm pads are very poor.

I really loved that I got a bike that fitted me on day one. The process was fun and I enjoyed the interaction with the team - very professional. I really felt that I was having a bike build around me and the end result was a testament to that.

Great personal service from start to finish. Regular updates on order progress is provided by your builder. The finished bike is ready to ride as it’s built to your own measurements. Overall a friendly and efficient process.

Pete and the team at Handsling were brilliant from start to finish. Really responsive, knowledgable and super helpful when speccing the new bike. It rides like a dream and is really fast, love it.

Good service from order to receiving the bike and giving measurements for the bike and a very good range of colours made it more personal touch.

Amazing bike, great team. Took way longer than the ETA on the site, which was annoying. But the bike itself was well worth the wait

The sales negotiation was good and with fast communication. However, when it came to delivery part has been a nightmare. I still didn't receive the purchase because TNT/FedEx was charging me for duty and tax for importation, but Handsling indicated to me that D&T was on their side. Clearing to me a miscommunication between Handsling and TNT/FedEx which lead to me the onus to wait and manage the communication about this issue. I started the purchase process 43 days ago and still waiting.
