Absolutely fantastic. Really lovely people to work with, which was important. Always responsive to our questions and ideas throughout. The finished kitchen looks beautiful and the quality is superb. Troy and Jackie helped us to get the look we wanted, and the price was excellent. We did shop around beforehand but we found nothing remotely as well constructed, with its 1" maple doors and frames. Handmade Kitchens were also extremely helpful when it came to the necessary extras, including worktops and appliances, making extra deliveries to us to help us get what we needed.
We couldn't be happier with our choice and we thoroughly recommend choosing them if you want a superior quality kitchen. Thanks both!

We couldn’t be any happier with our new kitchen from Hand Made Kitchens Direct. The quality is top notch at a very reasonable price. We were provided a dimensioned drawing and a perspective picture which showed how the cabinetry would look in our kitchen which was very useful.

We are delighted with our new pantry which is wonderful quality, well made and in a timeless and stylish in-frame shaker style. Troy at Handmade Kitchens Direct Ltd is highly knowledgeable and experienced at designing and making high end kitchens so was able to ensure that everything was very well considered and that the units fitted in the space perfectly and accommodated our selected fridges and ovens etc precisely. Handmade Kitchens Direct Ltd were very flexible in what they could design and manufacture and so able to accommodate more bespoke unit designs and sizes to make our vision possible in a tricky tight space. We would certainly use them again.

Troy and Jacqui gave us a personalised service. From the initial consultation, the millimetre perfect measurement and bespoke design the kitchen is perfect. The cabinets are incredible quality for the price. All the details like the bin units and draw runners were also premium quality. Thanks very much, guys!

Dealing with HKD was a pleasure, both through the design and implementation phases of our new kitchen project. Troy has a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience and is happy to share it. His design ideas and advice were fantastic, including all the small details you would never think of. Troy was very attentive and genuinely cares about delivering a top quality service. The quality of the units supplied was better than anything we had seen elsewhere, even the fancy showrooms charging several times the price. To get the right design for usTroy created several bespoke designs not in his catalogue. It is now several months after we completed the kitchen and I would have no hesitation in recommending Troy and HKD.

I have a marvelous kitchen thanks to Troy Ellis and his innovative suggestions. His workmanship is above and beyond. In addition to my kitchen, he created a beautiful bookcase/TV combination wall unit. Again, his input to create difused glass doors for storage on the lower portion was a perfect idea. I could go on
and on with his workmanship. He designed and built a beautiful Powder Room complete with Marble Counter on a Masterpiece Vanity. He never ceases to amaze me. Thanks Troy for your excellent work, ideas and my lovely home.
