Packaging needs an upgrade
The watch strap is well made, but during the first week it had an unpleasant smell from the packaging plastic, which fortunately faded after a few days. It is rather thin—whether you like that is a matter of personal taste or simply a design choice. Overall, I find the price somewhat high, especially considering that when importing it into the EU, you also have to pay customs duties.

Excellent Product & Service
I ordered an alligator strap for my Lange 1815. Excellent quality and looks like an OEM Lange strap. The customer service is outstanding!! After placing my order, Customer Service emailed me suggesting more padding could be used in line with Lange straps. I agreed and I could not be more pleased with the strap and service. I immediately ordered a second strap.
