WARNING: If you want to work for this company, think twice. My neighbor who is an incredibly intelligent educational professional, super husband/dad and a very active community volunteer was just fired by the super woke leadership of Hand2Mind for having an honest/intelligent conversation with a co-worker. During a business trip, this co-worker unsolicited questioned my neighbor about his attitudes about gender transition rights of minors, LBGTQ+ rights, abortion rights, the Palestinian/Israeli war, and presidential politics. Apparently, my neighbor gave answers that this female co-worker found unacceptable and she let the company leadership know that she did not feel safe around him. So he was fired. The problem with this situation is very evident. My neighbor was not fired because of his work performance but because he gave honest answers when asked and they did not match the woke agenda of this asinine company...sad.

The IM Math center kits are NOT worth the money. The quality is poor and misinformation was given on their website and over the phone and they told me that I am wrong, their rep would have never said that. Save your money and spend the time to print on card-stock and laminate yourself. I highly doubt the $400 kit will even last a year.

Horrible horrible horrible service! Never told me that the item I ordered was on back order and I would be waiting almost 2 months! After calling several times and leaving messages sending emails I finally called again and got a person to answer, I gave them the order information and they told me that my order was on my way and would be here that week! Still waiting and I have not received anything will never be ordering from this company again! They never email you a confirmation that the order has been shipped so you don’t have a tracking number you don’t get anything from them on your order not even if they ship it out! Most disgusting company ever!

While the selection of products is exceptional and inspiring, I was less than pleased with two things: my order took much longer to arrive than I'd been led to believe, and it arrived in not very good condition! The boxes were squashed, and the inflated plastic inside which was supposed to protect the items had lost air. The corner of one hard-cover book was bent as were several of its sectional tabs plus it's cover was dented, and the corners of two soft-covered books were also bent. The plastic insert designed to hold the Bar masses in place was fully disintegrated, causing the pieces to be chipped and scratched. The algebra workmat corners were all bent. Much more care and thought needs to be taken in shipping items that are in packaging designed to be displayed on a store shelf rather than shipped! UPDATE: ETA HAS BEEN VERY ACCOMMODATING IN TRYING TO RESOLVE THESE ISSUES: THEY'VE GIVEN ME A CREDIT FOR THE BAR MASSES AND FOR SHIPPING, AND ARE SENDING A REPLACEMENT SET OF BAR MASSES - FREE OF CHARGE. (I'D SAID I CAN LIVE WITH THE BENT BOOK CORNERS...) EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. :-)

I had a bit of an issue with my recent order but it was more related to a technical problem. Customer service worked promptly and efficiently to resolve it. We pleasantly communicated by phone and email. I love their products and will be ordering from them in the future.

Quick to send the products I ordered, all products were reasonably priced, and they showed up in the condition that they promised. I'm a big fan of Hand 2 Mind. I'll definitely order from them again!

This is my "go to" website for my classroom!

I order a LOT from ETA Hand2Mind. They have great prices - particularly for their Cuisenaire rods.

Because I order in the quantities that I do (at least 100 C-rod sets a year), there's inevitably going to be some manipulatives that come in with some sort of flaw (but this is a small fraction). ETA is good about fixing these issues when they do arise and making things right. That, and their prices, are a big reason I keep coming back.

The Whispy works wonderfully. Helps my daughter think out loud without disturbing her classmates

The Verss Tiles are fantastic for my students who need additional practice and repetition of skills. They make a perfect center activity and my students love the immediate feedback.

It was about two months from the time I ordered until the time I finally received all of the products I ordered. I had to make several phone calls. The customer service people were very nice and finally got them all here. I think it would be very helpful if you would send notification of the order and the shipping to make it more convenient for customers.

My product didn't arrive on time. No one notified me that it was in back order.

I purchased three items from ETA hand2mind and only received 2. I called the customer service department and they were very courteous and understanding. They checked my order and on their end showed that it was packaged and shipped, but since I had only received 2 of the 3 they offered to send the missing item again. I received the missing item 5 days later.
I am very pleased with the handling of my concern and satisfied with all of the items I requested and received.
