Never received parcel. Receiving emails from a sweet company called 'aquarterof' regarding customer service instead of the company Hamper well. Extremely dodgy. Still trying to chase parcel and it's been over 2 weeks. Wouldn't order from. Avoid.

Absolutely a rip off customer service is non existent wouldn’t recommend completely dissatisfied and asked for my money back but never received anything or any communication

Absolutely shocking hamper! Lindt&Yankee candle collab purchased for an anniversary gift looked great on the website, opened it to see rrp price marched chocolates, no candles, no note and delivered a week before I asked for it.

Messaged them on Instagram and emails to be ignored. Requested a refund via the website…ignored and today 12/08/24 over a week later they sent me 20% off if I buy with them again. I will never buy from them again and I will make sure anyone I know that brings them up won’t either.

Placed an order on the 2nd August didn’t arrive till the 9th August, came in a damaged box!! Didn’t even include the happy birthday which I wanted also no message which I had wanted. Really disappointed do not order from here to avoid disappointment

If I could give 0 stars I would. Orders never arrive and they take weeks to reply to emails. Had to contact my bank for a refund in the end. I wish I had read all of the other reviews on here before placing an order!

Ordered the item for my wife for the 24th which did not arrive, I have also tried contacting the company which also didn't get back to me

It is a fake Fraud
I made 3 orders since 15th July almost £150
and nothing delivered to my friends

SCAM company!! so pissed off they took my money and the gift to my family member never showed! I wish I had read these reviews awful company would have never spent a penny! Hope they get shut down absolute scum!

Just like everyone else. I can confirm this service is an absolute scam. I have different orders over £50 each, and have received no refund or product in an important time when I needed both. I have endlessly tried to contact them for over a week, but I have had no response.

Robbed!
Paid €33 for a chocolate bouquet that never turned up. Emailed several times, no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM YOU WONT SEE A GIFT OR REFUND.

I have today contacted PayPal requesting refund as the company have totally ignored my email with reference to my recent order . Finding sending gifts to France a problem , I came across this company and thought perfect . Quick to take my money , got a tracking ref and it’s not moved any further than to say that RM are waiting to receive it . This was 9 July . Sadly the birthday will have been and gone along with my Euros .. Places like this should be closed down . Let’s hope PayPal get a response .

I too appear to have been scammed... this "company" have taken my money and not fulfilled my order. They do not respond to emails and therefore I have reported them to the necessary authorities.

I have ordered a gift for my sister and selected a specific date. I have emailed and messaged and can’t not get hold of anyone. £40 wasted!!!! I am so angry at this disgusting customer service and scamming company!!!! Do not use!!

Ordered a Quality Street Hamper for a ladies 80th Birthday who absolutely loves Quality Street. Hamper arrived, they had swapped the quality street bar of chocolate with a Cadbury diary milk, the number of actual chocolates looked nothing like the picture , the space was only half full. I paid for a quality street hamper and not a half Cadbury dairy milk one. Very disappointed with the hamper itself absolutely not worth the extortionate price. Emailed the company twice with no response which to me says it all. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!

All I can say that these guys are SCAMMERS!!! I paid for next day delivery charge, unfortunately I have not received the item yet. E-mailed them many times but no response. DM them on Instagram again still no response. Messaged them on facebook no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They simply scam people.

Waste of money. Paid for next day delivery , 7 days later & still not arrived. No way to contact only via email which they don’t reply to.

I order gift yankee candle signature chocolate bouquet for my little sister for her graduation. I order the give on the 9th and her graduation which was today I paid for delivery, to be deliver on my choose day which was 16th on her grad day. Since ordering the parcel I have not heard from them. I have sent them 3 emails today and yesterday and Sunday to enquiry all email have no response and from reading these review I don’t think I’ll be receiving my parcel. Absolute scammers and they clearly done care anymore seeing the they don’t bother to respond to any of the reviews they have been receiving on here. They have lit ruined my day and my celebrations with my sisters. I’ve had to spend more money to get last minute give for her. Thanks so much Hamperwell x

I don’t think you should order from them they are either going out of business or have already gone out of business.

Not a trust able company I was lucky I did get my order but not delivered next day as paid for. I had not read reviews as wanted to order before 2pm so grandson got next day as had been in hospital.
Do not use this company ,they do not reply to emails ect.

Would give 0 stars if I could, needed 3 hampers for graduations so ordered the immediate delivery for 48 hours. It's been 6 days they're still not here. What am I supposed to do with them now. Don't need them any more. There is no way to cancel the order, no contact number and when you email they never reply. I have messaged them on all platforms and got no response from anywhere.
