Customer service is great, very helpful with an address mix up & as the hamper didn't arrive on the named day, they happily gave me a refund for the postage.

Hampers are just too small
As some reviews have mentioned, you are getting a smaller box than you think. The website doesnt show the dimensions clearly so you think you're getting a nice big box. The items are also very small. Would i use again, yes, but at least i now know what im getting

I ordered the Joyful Delights hamper as birthday gift for my brother. It was delivered promptly on the day requested and he was very happy with it.
When I placed the order, I forgot to change the delivery address (as my card details defaulted to me) but I contacted Hampers.com straight away with the correct address, and they confirmed that it had been changed.

Get well soon hamper
i ordered a hamper as a gift it was to be delivered by Evri,I got my time slot and was in however i got a message before the time was up to say Evri couldn't deliver and a picture from a road (not mine) from out of the van window! I emailed Hampers.com and got corresponding with Mohamed,who spoke to Evri and they told him they would deliver the next day -they didn't-anyway mohamed was very nice to deal with answered very quickly and resolved the problem by reissuing another hamper with delivery via DPD-it arrived exactly on time and the hamper is gorgeous, lovely items and beautifully set out. I have used this company before and will definitely use them again their customer support is very very good if needed.

I paid extra to be delivered on the day of my parents wedding anniversary. Received a tracking number and all was delivered in the morning. Parents loved the contents and the basket too! Highly recommend

The hampers were excellent but the…
The hampers were excellent but the courier was not good at all, I order the hamper for my fathers 82nd birthday and it was stated that the item would arrive at 630pm on his birthday but it never arrived… the following day it stated it would arrive at 530pm and never arrived.. then again the next day never arrived.. eventually it arrived the 4th day after it should..
I don’t see my father very often so a gift like this is always special to him.
Very disappointed..

Wonderful way to send overseas gifts.
Since finding your web site a number of years ago I have been able to send hampers to my relatives in the U.K. living in Canada makes it expensive to send packages across the Atlantic. Hampers has a wonderful variety of products with prices appropriate to content, For over six years I have welcomed the opportunity to send gifts for birthdays, Christmas etc. Hampers are always well received, on time, and to me a Godsend.. The hampers are great
The hampers are great. The ordering process? Not so much.
I found no way of ordering hampers for different addresses, and in the end, I had to call them to sort it out. The staff were extremely helpful but the whole process took much longer than it should have.
