Non-existent Support Terrible service!!!!
I wish I could give there customer service. There is only girl from support team who picks the call everytime. No supervisor. Zero starssss I have tried to contact their support team multiple times about these cheap service, but I have not received a single response or call back. This is unacceptable. Save your money and avoid Hammer products at all costs. You'll only end up with a headache and no support to fix it. .... Also courier service is more than worst..

Terrible Product and Non-existent Support
I wish I could give this product zero stars. I bought these earbuds directly from the official website and have had nothing but problems. The battery dies in just one hour, and the connection is a complete joke—one earbud, or both, constantly cuts out. The range is also pathetic, barely working beyond two meters.
To make matters worse, I have tried to contact their support team multiple times about these cheap, defective earbuds, but I have not received a single response or call back. This is unacceptable. Save your money and avoid Hammer products at all costs. You'll only end up with a headache and no support to fix it.

Hammer is scammer company, my order id #284127, the seen is first i recived tempered earphone box not the packages it's inside hammer box is tampered packed with missing extra buds, secondary it's left bud working only and right side is defective, and then is no refund option nor a some replacement center, when I contact them through mail inside of apologize and get things settle down, they just hand me over a Google form and ask me to fill it out to claim warranty means sounds like and scam totally, now after waiting for delivery of the product which suprised me totally now I have to wait for replacement, i made replacement request under warranty but yet it has been 3 days yet i got mail just to provide them a video evidence that product is not working, now I send him Unboxing video and asked the same that tell me how i can technicaly provide the fault recording video to them. Yet no response.

Stay away guys, our l*ws seems weaker now to take a look of this types services more closer, I am file case already.

Update - after replacement they just send me defected product, lol now i am done with hammer here and lost my money in a genuine way.

These earbuds are a great value for the price. The sound quality is excellent, with clear highs and deep bass.
