Everything worked they even emailed me information that helped me choose the right product

I called up Halo in need of a new rim on short notice. They were able to answer my questions and dispatched immediately after placing the order for the rim to get to me the next day. Excellent speed and service and a great quality rim

Fast delivery well packaged, looks very good

Been buying fat foot cogs for 5 years now, will be buying another 5 or 15. No complaints whatsoever.

I had an unfortunate issue with my freehub body, which broke after a year. I sent one email with a picture and sales invoice, and they happily sent out a replacement. Great experience and brilliant sounding hub.

Products great. Delivery could be better, the package sat in a warehouse in Glasgow for several days before progressing further.

Great service and very helpful over the phone

Very prompt replies for the technical questions I asked. Thank you.

Wheel set was very good value for money. The wheels were dispatched quickly and were well packaged.

High quality

I bought a 700 seafront wheel. It’s made a bit of a dodgy noise, but it’s it’s great now.

Archy was super helpful and very knowledgeable.

I had a long standing issue with a vintage steel bike that local bike shops couldn’t help with
I called a well known frame builder who recommended Halo
The parcel arrived and I’ve rebuilt the bike

Reiceived the item in quite good order, delivery via GLS was kind of a horror, it took 3 attempts. However, it got here. The item is OK, feels very good.
Now I only need to build a wheel with it after ordering the correct spokes that fit with my rim.
So, all good.

I can’t recommend this company higher. Great products, excellent prices and delivery was swift and stress free.

I recently ordered 3 1/8" fixed wheel sprockets and a lockring. The items were delivered on time, and all the items were in the order. The quality of the products is great. I am a very happy customer.
