My insurance company put me in touch with Halo ARC,Westbury branch after an accident. The speed of contacting me and professionalism throughout was astounding. I was reassured that they would provide a courtesy car whilst my car was being repaired which was my main concern. The whole process was easy to navigate online and I was kept informed at every stage. Ben who picked my car up and delivered the courtesy car kept me informed of his arrival time and was extremely prompt. He took the time to sit and talk through how the very modern courtesy car worked. My car was repaired very quickly and I was informed of it's progress along the way. Again Ben was extremely prompt when returning my car. After over 40 years of driving this was my first accident other than minor scrapes and bumps and I am delighted that my insurance company put me in touch with such an impeccable company.
