Dit bedrijf is niet eens 1 ster waardig. Besteld, betaald en nooit wat gekregen. Na meerdere toezeggingen en uiteindelijk zelfs via Whatsapp contact met een medewerker nog steeds niks binnen en nog geen geld retour gehad. Schandalig slecht!

Absouloute shocking company stay away !!! yes some people may have had good experince with them, that can certainly not be said for my experience. No email confirmation received for my order. Showed on the website that it had been shipped , now almost 3 weeks have passed and no football shirt. The online chat service states "we reply immediately" absoloute nonsence no reply whatsover, also no reply to my email that I sent to their suggested email address. They have taken my money and now ignoring all methods of communication !!!!

Het is dat ik niet 0 sterren kan geven. Wat een slecht bedrijf. Mijn vader wilde voor mijn zoon een leuk setje van AC Milan kopen voor Kerst. Hij ontving een betaal bevestiging en een aflever datum. Alles in kannen en kruiken zou je denken. Totdat hij vreemde berichten in gebrekkig Engels ontving via Whatsapp. Er was iets niet goed met het afleveradres en er moet nog $10,- betaald worden om het opnieuw te versturen. Verder zaten hier 0 instructies bij hoe en waar te betalen. Nu zijn er tegenwoordig natuurlijk veel oplichters actief en mijn vader is al redelijk of leeftijd dus hij was bang dat hij opgelicht zou worden. Na enige tijd heb ik contact met ze opgenomen. Ze gaven aan dat het setje vernietigd zou zijn omdat het niet opgehaald is op het postkantoor. Er is nooit een melding geweest dat er niemand thuis was bij bezorging. Het enige wat ze konden bieden was 40% korting op een nieuwe bestelling. Na veelvuldig app contact wilden ze wel een deel terugstorten, iets waar wij natuurlijk niet akkoord mee zijn gegaan. We willen volledige teruggave van het betaalde bedrag. Maar zij blijven aandringen dat het de schuld van m'n vader is geweest. Uiteindelijk hebben ze me een fijne dag gewenst. KOOP HIER NIET! Het is een dropshipper waarbij wanneer de bestelling niet vloeiend loopt vanuit China je gewoon je geld kwijt bent. Gelukkig is het betaald met een credit card dus krijgt mijn vader hoogstwaarschijnlijk alsnog zijn geld terug.
Koop nooit je shirt bij halftime!
Ik heb afgelopen zomer een 4 shirts gekocht bij haltime. Grootste fout die ik ooit begaan ben! Het materiaal en de benaaing is slap en is binnen no time kapot. De bedrukking valt eraf of de bedrukking scheurt binnen een paar weken en het shirt lijkt zo nep als maar kan. Een grote smiechten bende.
