They write back to ask which toothpaste I'm referring to??
I say if I knew that ,I could look up the ingredients myself.
They are utterly ignorant.
After reading reviews here ,I won't be going near any of their brands.
Bad sign when they don't reply to any of these reviews.

This toothpaste & mouthwash seriously made my mouth so sore. It's supposed to help with sensitivity but it actually caused mine. I complained by email & was told very simply they won't refund me.
I'm so annoyed.

Haleon/ Fandango Possible Rebate Scam
Haleon is working with Fandango Loyalty Solutions, LLC to provide customer loyalty rewards. They sent me an email saying that if I purchased $25 of their products they would send me a $10 gift card. I made the purchases and sent photos/screenshots of my receipts and proof of delivery, but my claim was denied without giving a specific reason, so I was left guessing what was wrong. I was again denied even after submitting multiple versions of my receipts. I can only assume that if they make the rewards program so challenging, that they will make money from people buying more of the product without ever having to pay out any rewards. They also had several paragraphs of consent agreements for them to share your personal and medical related informational with anyone they seemed fit. I filed a complaint with the FTC. The sad thing is that I was a huge fan of Emergen-C but no longer. I feel I cannot trust them anymore, especially in view of the several lawsuits filed against them about mislabeled packaging.

Vitasprint Duo Energy online in der Apotheke gekauft und bei der Einlösung heist es dann plötzlich "nur aus der stationären Apotheke möglich"! Steht extra in den Teilnahmebedingungen dass auch Online-Apotheke möglich ist! Hier wird der Kunde richtig verarscht! Erst mal das Produkt kaufen und dann sitzenlassen damit! So könnte ich auch Promotion machen für kein Geld! Selbst wenn man die Teilnahmebedingungen nochmals kopiert und hinschickt bleibt man dabei. So etwas muss dringend verboten werden! Das nenne ich Betrug und müsste normalerweise über einen Rechtsanwalt für Verbraucherrecht angezeigt werden! Null Punkte für solche rechtswidrigen Aktionen!

I bought their product on the 9/03/25 and made me physically sick. I tried their ultra toothpaste and since using it has left me with a salty taste in my mouth. Also their mint mouthwash is ok, but still been physically sick and salty taste in mouth. I just go off the phone today the 10/03/25 thanks make member said have you been to a dentist. I said no as I don't get any benefits. He said this will get reported to your recent email off the 9/03/25 when I sent it. He said you will not get full refund or another replacement product. Was going try the un ultra toothpaste but I don't think I'll bother. After pay upto £10 it's not worth the money.

In evaluating their "Eroxon" product and claims, one cannot find any mention in their literature of the active ingredients of the drug, which is standard labelling protocol throughout the industry worldwide. The downloadable product information, which is in nonstandard form, states "DO NOT USE EROXON® IF: • You have an allergy (hypersensitivity) to any of the product ingredients"---which are not given. Numerous promotional statements claim it's "clinically proven", but no published studies--not a single one--are referenced. Also claimed that the product is "FDA cleared", a peculiar description since the usual terminology consumers seek is "FDA Approval". Reading the FDA info more thoroughly on their site, the FDA has "cleared the product for "marketing" indicating that it contains nothing but "alcohol and water causing a cooling affect to stimulate....". So it's a full-on fraud, a patent medicine sold by preeminent shysters. A placebo at best at about $6 an ounce.

Möchten gerne, dass man als Apothekenmitarbeiter Produktester ist und Bewertungen abgibt, sind aber nicht in der Lage an verifizierte Profile Probieraktionskisten rauszuschicken. Manche Kolleginnen bekommen demnach ein Päckchen und manche nicht. Auch auf mehrfache Nachfrage sind sie intern nicht in der Lage, das Problem zu lösen...macht alles einen sehr sehr unprofessionellen Eindruck.

Ich bin total geschockt und frage mich ob das alles seriös ist? Ich habe bei Sensodyne eine Absage bekommen, weil ich schon laut der Firma teilgenommen habe! Das stimmt nicht! Es gibt in der Ortschaft und Umgebung Familienmitglieder, die, Achtung! den gleichen Namen haben (zB meine Tante heißt wie ich…). Zusammen haben wir - separate Haushalte - 3 mal von meinem Rechner teilgenommen… das zu schaffen war schon eine Monatelange Aktion! Meine Tante hat einen Schlaganfall gehabt, und kann nicht richtig sehen, sie nimmt bei solchen Aktionen teil, damit sie Abwechslung hat und neue Produkte ausprobieren kann. Naja, ich habe bei der Firma reklamiert und bekam das:

Wir verwenden SENSODYNE PROSCHMELZ Zahncreme. Das Produkt war sehr gut.
Jetzt haben wir in einer Drogerie 5 Tuben (3 Sanftweiss, 2 Tägliche Zahnpasta) gekauft. Den kleinen Aufdruck
"Neue Formulierung" nicht beachtet.
Beim Einsatz der Zahnpasta stellen wir fest:
1. Die Zähne sind schmerzempfindlicher.
2. Die Reinigungswirkung ist nicht mehr so gut, es
bleibt ein Restbelag auf den Zähnen.
Ein Telefongespräch mit Haleon war frustierend.
Es konnten keine Empfehlungen bzgl. Alternativen gegeben werden, sondern die Empfehlung, Probetuben beim Zahnarzt zu holen.
Und Rückgabe der gekauften Tuben an die Drogerie,
obwohl dieses schwierig wird da der Kassenzettel bereits vernichtet ist.
Auf der Lieferantenseite wurde das Wort "EIGENTLICH" sehr häufig verwandt!

Mo, um 7:00 Uhr zeigt der Zähler 2000 Einlösbar. Beim Ausfüllen des Formulares war das Server extrem verlangsamt, bis man alle Daten ausfüllt und auf "absenden" drückt, zeigt der Zähler schon "0000" einlösbar-- also 2000 Einlöslimitt bereits erreicht (Uhrzeit 7:05 Uhr). Ist das wirklich serös?

Katastrophale und aggressive (irreführende/täuschende) Kundewerbung "Gratis Testen". Was hier vermittelt wird ist, dass "SENSODYNE CLINICAL REPAIR Zahnpasta" gratis getestet werden kann. Die Einlösungen gleichen jedoch einem Glücksspiel, dass viel mehr Zeit in Anspruch nimmt, als es sollte mit einer sehr geringen Chance tatsächlich einzulösen. Eine Einlösung wird für die allermeisten Käufer nicht möglich sein. Diese Praktik muss dringend eingestellt werden. Ich werde nach meiner ersten Erfahrung mit Sensodyne weder jemals diese Zahnpasta kaufen noch jemandem empfehlen, ganz im Gegenteil. Darüber hinaus werden die Teilnahmerichtlinien willkürlich geändert (Wochenkontingent).

Sensodyne gratis testen ist ja schön und gut, funktioniert aber dank Haleon-Server nicht. Um 8:01 Uhr am 12.08.24 sprang nach F5-Taste der Zähler auf 3.000 mögliche Einlösungen, die Minute vorher blieb er auf 0 Einlösungen. Ich hatte alle Daten und den Kassenbon mit Gratissticker parat. Das Formularausfüllen war eine Qual, die Auswahl der Stadt dauerte 2 Minuten. Nach dem Versenden dann die Fehlermeldung "Der Dienst ist nicht verfügbar." Genau so geschrieben, ich habe sie kopiert. Ich habe dem Service eine Mail mit Erstattungsbitte und Bankverbindung gesendet. Die Antwort: Versuchen Sie es in einer Woche wieder. Finger weg von dieser Erstattung und von Sensodyne, das ist unseriös. So wird versucht, uns Kunden das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen!
Übrigens habe ich auch den Haleon-Service angerufen. Nach über 20 Minuten Warteschleife hieß es: Bin nicht zuständig und kann gar nichts für Sie tun.

The medical team doesn't answer specific questions directly. I called about a question that was sent to the medical team and got an email response from a customer rep. I just wanted to know how much sugar is in one chewable tablet of gaviscon and the response the medical team sent to the customer rep copy and pasted:" We are contacting you in regards to your inquiry about Gaviscon.Our medical team has provided the following answer to your question:
"Please note that Gaviscon range of products are categorized as OTC (over the counter) drug products. There is no requirement to provide nutritional content for drug products.
Prior to using a product, we recommend that you always check the list of ingredients printed on the product label, carton, or patient information leaflet and follow the instructions for proper use and storage.
We hope that you are satisfied with the answer provided and if you have any other questions, always feel free to contact us." Well I did write back and let them know that I did read the ingredients and know that sugar is part of it but for medical reasons need to know how much because it determines if I use 1 or up to 4 of the tablets as the directions give a range. So the email response I get is : "We are sorry that the response from our medical team wasn't satisfactory. As much as I would like to, we cannot forward the inquiry a second time, as our medical team has already provided a response." All I can say is the company that used to own Gaviscon was much more responsive.
