Worst ever experience..they don’t have ATOL registration of their own and use a second party to book tickets hence no way you could complain against them. Extremely traumatising to deal with very non profession

I was happy with the prices he offered but I was hesitant to go ahead as I was booking for 13 people. Rayyan assured me that they would take care of everything ensuring that everything would run smoothly. He was right. From start to finish, everything was seamlessly done. From start to finish, the entire journey was handled with such care, professionalism, and ihsaan. The communication throughout was clear, prompt, and reassuring, we always felt informed and supported every step of the way.

The travel arrangements were seamless. Our flights were well-selected and comfortable, making what could have been a stressful journey feel smooth and manageable. Airport transfers were organised perfectly, and everything ran exactly as planned, which allowed us to focus on our ‘ibadah without distraction.

The hotels were honestly a 10/10. Not only were they of excellent quality, but their locations were absolutely ideal, incredibly close to the Haram. In Madinah especially, we were so touched by the level of thoughtfulness: as we were just women (my sister and I), being placed in a hotel close to the women’s entrance of Masjid an-Nabawi made such a difference to our daily experience. It showed real understanding, care, and attention to detail.

We were also provided with an Umrah guide, which was invaluable. Having that guidance gave us confidence and clarity, especially in such a spiritually significant journey. Everything felt structured yet flexible enough for us to truly immerse ourselves.

And subhanAllah, all of this came at such a reasonable and fair price. The value for what we received was exceptional.

Overall, we are so grateful, Allahumma barik. This experience was deeply meaningful for us and a huge part of that was down to how smoothly and thoughtfully everything was organised.

My sister and I went on the trip on our own and we went got a female umrah guide to help us. She taught us and well and was well informed.
Lovely hotels and perfections locations of the hotels were next to the women Entrance.
When ever I messaged on WhatsApp, I got an instant reply. They always accommodate us with everything.
They also gave us travel from the airport and too the airport aswell which was so needed.
Also they helped us with so much with the pricing if I asked they reduce it they really did help try and find cheaper flights

It was a wonderful experience with Hajj and Umrah and their team. This was our first visit to Saudi Arabia for Umrah and we have booked a family Umrah package for 2 weeks, including all the arrangements for flight tickets, hotel reservations, pick and drops along with Ziyarats of Makkah Sharif and Madina Munawarah. This was the first time my children and husband were going for Umrah , everything was very well organised by mubashir, from the visas to the flights to the hotels and especially the Car service. Any issue that we had there was Mubashir was thereto support us via WhatsApp.

The service provided by Haji Umra was 2nd to none from the start to the end of the whole trip was went smoothly without any problems. Emaad had told us from the start how the trip is organised and it was organised as he said the taxi divers the hotels were all as he mentioned the location of both Mecca and Medina hotels were close proximity to the masjid that Emaad had told us and we were happy with the locations and the hotels he had suggested Emaad explained everything in detail and it worked out as he mentioned I recommend his services to anybody who wishes to Travel to Umra and Pakistan he will guide you all the way

It all started really well with packages and the pricing was good. The people were friendly and helpful. However, it all went south after my checkout from Makkah. The transport was meant to be provided on the day however, they had booked it for the next day. With a one year old it was quite stressful to be without a transport after check out and then had to arrange it myself. Was promised a refund for the transport to Jeddah and in good faith to compensate for their mistake, offered transfer from Jeddah hotel to the airport. Had to follow up for months on the case and everytime I would call or message, I was told they would promise a call back and then they would ghost on me. This kept happening for almost 3 months and then after pushing really hard, the story changed and i was told that their the so called compensation for the mistake they made was to be adjusted from the refund I was promised. The tone that used to be friendly at the start turned into border line rude and was told that I cant be refunded for it but then I had to push back only to hear "take it or leave it". I am made to feel as if im the one who is being unreasonable and that doing a refund is a favor. Kudos to this great customer service. They absolutely turned a good experience into a really sour one. Just for the after sale, I will never recommend them at all.
