I’m just giving heads up to anyone who may wish to order from this company. Please be extremely cautious of whomever assists you and communication. Seems some reps or maybe just the one who plays games, ask important questions that never gets answered then constantly repeating herself with information that’s been discussed like two days ago that’s not even relevant.
But yet will come at with do you want to order the wig? This is not my first rodeo with this Maggie. Had potential gaining my business on two different occasions, and no I chose to go elsewhere because there are more excellent vendors out there who more solid and don’t just leave you hanging never answering your questions that’s very important. Seems she more about getting those coins from you than anything.

Some wigs are on the pricey side, ask about a little discount the best offer was $5 on a wig over $400, try to negotiate and ask to do a little better and show her places with the same exact wigs for $150-$175 cheaper? Then she’ll come at you with our hair is 100% human good quality, I tell her so are the others because they’re my vendors, speechless and the silent treatment. Next day no negotiation only, do you want to buy wig? Smdh..
Just be extremely cautious when shopping here, I really believe their price gouging also. The wig you’re interested in you see it at one price, add it to your cart and continue shopping elsewhere for potential lower prices and yes great companies are out there. When I go back to that cart sometimes it crossed out with a discount of 5% lol not the company who understands on a budget and support is key, most are just about a quick buck that’s over priced. Some reasonable wigs they do have, customers are upgrading their appearance to what’s trending.

Absolutely the most disgusting hair I have ever purchased. Their virgin hair came purple, stringy and started shedding half the weft with the first wash. The hair is not virgin, raw or from one donor and 100% mixed with synthetic hair! Customer service is worse then the hair. Would not respond to any communication. I would stay far away from this company.
