Really happy with Hair Repair Clinic

Where they stand out is that they offer customisation for the quantities of actives in their products. This is extremely valuable, many large scale companies offer topical finasteride @ .2% concentration which in effect is 2mg of fin per day (double the amount taken in the oral form). Which is a very large amount if you are trying to avoid systemic side effects.

Having the option to try ultra low dose topicals and then titrate up the dose is very valuable as is the option to add adjunctives into the mix such as niacinamide or caffeine, melatonin etc.

It is slightly pricey but I’d prefer to pay 20/30 gbp more per month and know I’m doing the utmost to maximise hair gains whilst minimising side effects.

Also having non PG option as carrier is great.

I originally placed an order on the minoxidil world website but after nearly a month I didn't even get an order acknowledgement much less any product or status update. I have now ordered from Hair Repair Clinic and the product was shipped and delivered within three or four days of placing the order. Great service.

Hair repair clinic used to be really great to deal with, but something has changed recently. I have been trying to contact them for weeks regarding reordering some prescriptions. I’ve sent multiple emails, no response. They recently sent me an email asking me what has made me stop buying from them, to which I responded that I’ve been trying to but they haven’t been replying. No response 😂 Couldn’t make this up.

Really easy process to sign up & order, not the cheapest but the product does appear to be working well...I would order again if there were more incentives for returning customers or referrals (I have advised / recommended a friend to try the same product) overall very satisfied

Really disheartening to see the cost of products sky rocket - previous products £45 now £60 for 1 items

Other products 90 for 60 I think is now 100 for 100….

Fantastic service from the team without a doubt but with the recent cost increase - and removal of other products also - I may now need to look elsewhere

Looks like this is all part of some brand refresh OR some form of new investment

Honestly cannot recommend Mathew enough. From the very beginning he has been kind, respectful, incredibly knowledgeable and completely trustworthy.
