Overall so far great experience reserving my appointment and scheduling service. It's my first day here and furkan guided everything to me great 23/7 customer service when my flight got delayed and needed help. I will be in clinic tomorrow very exicted .

I couldn’t have been happier with the treatment I got! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Having visited from the USA, I didn’t know where to stay or what to do during my visit. However, the staff did its best to accommodate all my needs including the help with accommodation as well as things to do and places to see to make the most of out of my trip. Highly recommended! I had my hair transplant in November (10 days ago) with Hairpol and they were fantastic! Professional clean team and the process was painless (besides the anaesthesia stung a bit). Was told on initial consultation that my donor area was weak and they could only take 2500 grafts but after seeing me they said they might be able to take more. Ended up taking approx 3500 grafts which was amazing.
Post-op was great too with clear instructions on what to do.
If there's any downside it's not the clinic, the 4 star hotel wasn't that great.
Overall, so far happy with the experience and excited to see the results in few months (will update).

The clinic is everything they promise starting with taking good care of you, explaining everything in good detail and allowing you to give your input on how you want your hairline to look.

The operation itself was long and tiring ngl, but they took good care and made sure I was not in any pain by giving me local anesthesia whenever I felt anything.

Post op follow up was also very good, with clean instructions on what to do and what to expect in the following days (at least for now 1 week after)

I was for the treatment by hairpin in February this year. The result is fantastic! All my neighbors go now too. The best address for professional hair transplants ever!!!

All went smoothly From Online consultation to arranging the dates, bookings and transportation. Doctors and staff were really professional and every small detail was gone through in details.
