With a performance car, security is always on your mind. I chose the Scorpion X-Series immobiliser because it’s fully concealed and gives nothing away. Adding the Scorpion S5 brought extra reassurance with constant monitoring. From the initial discussion through to collection, the service felt professional, considered, and genuinely high quality.
Modern car theft has moved far beyond basic deterrents, and I learned the hard way that traditional locks and alarms are no longer enough. Hades took the time to explain how the Scorpion X-Series stops the vehicle from starting altogether, and how the Scorpion tracker adds a reliable recovery layer. Everything was fitted at my home with no visible signs of work, and the whole process felt very professional. For the first time, I’m comfortable leaving the car parked overnight without worry.
After losing a car in the past, proper security was essential. Hades installed a Scorpion X-Series immobiliser along with a Scorpion S5 tracker and walked me through it all in plain, easy language. The fitting was neat and invisible, nothing damaged, and the car feels completely unchanged. It gives real peace of mind knowing the vehicle is actively protected, not just insured.
Couldn’t be happier with the service from Hades Automotive. I needed a Scorpion X-Series immobiliser installed quickly, and after speaking to Raj, I knew I was in safe hands. He was friendly, honest, and clearly very knowledgeable about vehicle security.
Anussh came out for the install and did an outstanding job. Super professional, clean work, and zero issues during or after the installation. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood how the system works before leaving.
The speed at which they got to me was impressive, especially considering how in-demand these systems are. Pricing was very competitive, communication was excellent throughout, and the overall experience was stress-free. This is how a professional automotive security company should operate. Highly recommended.
After a lot of research, I decided to go with Hades Automotive for a Scorpion S5+ tracker and immobiliser, and I’m really glad I did. I spoke to Jerry initially, who was fantastic — very responsive, clear, and reassuring. He broke everything down in plain English and didn’t rush me at all.
The installation was done by Irfan, who was absolutely spot on. Arrived on time, explained what he was doing, and treated the car with real care. The install itself was flawless — no issues at all, everything works exactly as it should, and the car feels completely normal to drive.
What really stood out was the customer service. From booking to installation, communication was constant and professional. They also beat another quote I had, which was the cherry on top. If you want peace of mind, competitive pricing, and installers who genuinely know their stuff, Hades Automotive is the way to go.
Top-tier service from Hades Automotive. I booked in for a Scorpion S5 Tracker, and from the first call with Raj, everything was smooth. Raj explained the tracker, monitoring, insurance benefits, and even gave honest advice about whether I really needed the S5 or the S5+ — which says a lot about their integrity.
Anussh carried out the installation and was excellent. Very polite, respectful of the vehicle, and clearly experienced. The install was seamless — no warning lights, no issues, no mess, and no drama. He took the time to explain how the system works and what to do if I ever have a question.
They managed to fit me in quickly, the price was competitive, and the whole experience felt premium from start to finish. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines speed, knowledge, and genuine customer care. I’ve already recommended them to two friends and will be using them again in future.
What I liked most was how honest the advice was. They didn't push products — they explained the risks properly. The Scorpion X-Series prevents the theft, the tracker handles the worst-case scenario. The install was done at my house, took less time than expected, and everything was tested before they left.
I honestly can’t fault Hades Automotive from start to finish. I originally spoke to Jerry on the phone who was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answered all my questions about the Scorpion X-Series immobiliser and explained the differences compared to other systems without any sales pressure at all. Pricing was very competitive compared to a few other quotes I had, which already gave me confidence.
The installation was done by Irfan, who turned up bang on time, very professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The install itself was clean, tidy, and took less time than I expected. He walked me through how everything works afterwards and made sure I was comfortable using it before leaving.
No issues whatsoever since installation — car works perfectly and the added peace of mind is priceless. The speed they got to me was also impressive, especially considering how busy these installers usually are. Overall, brilliant customer service, great communication, and top-level workmanship. Would 100% recommend Hades Automotive to anyone considering vehicle security.
